It was a very nice and clean place to stay. The breakfast was good too.
I didn't know how to work the TV. It was a bit complicated for an older person to navigate. Fortunately, a staff person helped me out.

Had to book on the fly due to poor reservations else where booking . com said pet friendly when I arrived on service animals allowed and I was turned away . When I cancelled I was charged a 90.00 cancellation fee VERY UPSETgiven wrong info then still had to pay all but 30.00

Very clean, very modern hotel.
Room was much smaller than was pictured on the internet.
1. hotel was very clearn and comfortable.
2. included breakfast was hot.
3. 24 hour coffee is very good.
4. couldn't hear the highway or neighbors through the solid walls.

Staff was incredibly kind and considerate. Truly some of the best employees I’ve interacted with. Breakfast was tasty and fresh.
It wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t dirty and I appreciated that there were lots of nonporous surfaces.

The cheapest furniture I've seen in a 5700 mile drive across America. What is it?... particle board with some kind of laminate glued over it and the thinnest foam cushions that didn't even fit the boxes that I've ever seen. I'm not sure even if this was supposed to be a seating area or what. tiny refrigerator with no freezer, no microwave. Very weird smell of cleaning fluid throughout the hotel hallways and the room.

The location , the property is right next door to abandoned buildings so it's alittle sketchy.

Stayed at Avid in Ft. Lauderdale with a large breakfast area with many options. Anticipated the same since it was another Avid. It was very sparse comparatively. Disappointing.
