Pros:

地下鉄東西線 上野広小路駅、JR山手線 御徒町駅からどちらも歩いて６分ほどで、賑やかで楽しい街にあるので、散策すると面白いと思いました。

朝食のコーヒーメーカーのコーヒーは普通に飲めました。
おにぎり

Cons:

部屋の空調は、部屋に入って電気をONにしてから効くので、入ってすぐはムワッとして快適ではありませんでした（エコではあると思います）。

部屋が想像以上に狭かったです。
基本的に、コストダウンが目につきました。

男性がメインの客層だと思いますので、アメニティは基本的に男性用で、コームなどはありませんでした。（フロントで化粧水、乳液、入浴剤などはもらえます。）

朝食付きを選んだのですが、選べるメニューが2種類になっており、パンケーキがあまり美味しくなく、2日目はフォーとおにぎりのセットにしましたが、これも、1700円ほどする朝食とは思えず、朝食なしにすれば良かったと思いました。
バイキングがあった頃に泊まったことがあるので、アパと言えばそのイメージのままでした。
最初から最後まで、接客に力を入れていない印象でした。
部屋も同価格帯のビジネスホテルに比べて高めになっていますが、以前よりかなり質が落ちたと感じました。

Great location, clean rooms, and very convenient for exploring Tokyo
Pros:

Great location and a very convenient stay in Tokyo. The hotel is close to Ueno, Okachimachi, and several metro stations, so getting around the city was very easy. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping options nearby.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel was comfortable and we had a pleasant experience overall.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in Tokyo, especially if you want easy access to Ueno and the surrounding areas.

自助check in，旁邊有人員可協助。放水泡澡可以自動計時，很方便。飯店只第一天有提過礦泉水。床很軟但是不會不好睡，有兩個枕頭可以選。可以展開24.28行李箱各一個，還有空間可以走路，空間算大。

Pros:

En general son muy agradables todo el servicio!! Instalaciones limpias y muy cercano a los puntos de interés de Tokyo norte sobretodo!

Cons:

Habitaciones un poco pequeñas y más si vas con mucho equipaje grande, pero por el resto muy bien!

Pros:

Odalar gerçekten çok küçük ancak, kullanılacak bakım ve banyo malzemeleri, çay kahve herşey var.
Personel çok ilgili. Buraya eklemek isterim, bu otelde hemen önceki konaklamamız sırasında çok hissedilen bir deprem oldu. Hemen anonslarla bilgilendirme ve yönlendirmeler yapıldı. Bu çok önemliydi. Tüm personel ve yetkililere teşekkürler.
