Pros:

清潔感があり、コスパ最高でした。
窓の閉め方が分からず、電話での問い合わせでも直ぐに対応していただきました。
ベッドも心地良かった。

Pros:

Logement bien placé, très propre, de belle taille. Les cerfs à proximité pour la balade nocturne.

Pas de réception et quand la porte ne s'est pas ouverte, cela a été pénible, d'autant qu'il y avait une coupure internet au même moment...
Après quelques minutes, le propriétaire a pu résoudre notre problème.

便利！清潔！快適！
Pros:

無人かと思って到着したらたまたまスタッフの方がいらしてにこやかに丁寧に対応していただきました。駅からも商店街を通って徒歩で行けて興福寺至近でロケーションもよくお部屋も広く設備も清潔で快適に過ごさせていただきました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

Excellent choix, parfait emplacement !
Pros:

Petit hôtel autonome parfaitement situé entre le parc et le centre ville. Tout est pensé pour rendre votre séjour facile et agréable (il y a même une machine et de la lessive, bien utile une fois que les daims vous ont mâchouillé le jeans et la veste) !

Pros:

奈良に住んでいますが、家族の集まりで3部屋を予約しました。
・猿沢池(興福寺の五重塔が工事中でなければ、一番奈良らしい景色が楽しめる場所)のすぐそば。町の中心なので観光も買い物も飲食にも便利の良いロケーション。
・お部屋は清潔ですっきりしたインテリア。快適です。
・電子レンジ、小さい冷蔵庫、陶器のマグカップ、日本茶のティーバッグ、インスタントではない本物のコーヒーがお部屋に用意されています。
・401には洗濯機(洗剤1個)がありました。
・お部屋の中は土足禁止。
・歯ブラシや髭剃りのカミソリなどは建物の玄関入ったすぐのところに用意されているので、必要なものを自分でお部屋へ持っていくシステム。
・ホテルという名前だけど常駐のスタッフはいません。でもメールで質問するとすぐに返事が返ってきて安心でした。
対応は迅速で、丁寧。常駐スタッフがいなくても大丈夫！
・建物入り口とお部屋の鍵の開錠コードは前日にメールで送られてきます。

Cons:

タオルバーか、タオルフックがあるとさらに快適になります。

イベント会場から近かったので文句なし

Cons:

スタッフの方は会うことはなかったのですが、夜間外出時、出入口のオートロックの解錠が出来ず30分くらいホテルに入れなかった。夜間スタッフ不在であるならの必ず繋がる緊急連絡先を設置するべき

Space to relax
Pros:

Hotel Neiraku was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, and large! The room size was excellent and really allowed us to re-organise our luggage. Location was excellent also, adjacent to the deer park and some great local spots.

Cons:

Only very minor issues, shower water pressure wasn't great and there was an odd smell in the common areas - maybe due to past history of smoking indoors? We also weren't really able to open the windows due to a lack of fly screens. However, this is normal for Japanese accommodation.
