Momento de relaxamento com uma vista absurdamente linda
Pros:

Gostei de tudo. A começar no serviço que era impecável. O staff era todo muito acessível, simpáticos e sempre prontos a ajudar. O ambiente la era como se fosse familiar, muito sossegado. O quarto incrível, fiquei com vista com varanda para as vinhas, era muito bonita a vista, a piscina exterior com a mesma vista era simplesmente espectacular. Piscina interior também e sauna e banho turco sem palavras para descrever. É um hotel de forma geral fantástico!

Cons:

Só nao gostei das almofadas no quarto, de resto impecável

Estadia agradável, no entanto fica longe do esperado quando se trata de um hotel de 5 estrelas.
Pros:

Os funcionários eram muito prestáveis. No entanto, claramente não tinham formação, o que fez com que o serviço do pequeno almoço e jantar não funcionasse bem.

Cons:

Este hotel não deveria ser considerado 5 estrelas. No quarto, as cortinas tinham sinais de humidade. Na casa de banho, o cesto estava partido, assim como o porta rolos de papel higiénico. Não tinha cabides suficiente para pendurar as toalhas molhadas e tinha muito pouca luz na zona dos espelhos. Tinham disponível champô e sabonete e nada mais, o que para um hotel de 5 estrelas não é comum.
No restaurante a comida era boa, mas o serviço precisa de ser melhorado. Os funcionários deveriam ter mais formação para que o serviço funcionasse melhor e fosse mais rápido.
