Pros:

The helpful staff member at Reception was marvellous. Our Portuguese language is very limited, he worked with us in English to support the requests we had. We had a number of questions and some room maintenance issues and throughout he was charming, helpful and eager to assist. His service made our stay most enjoyable

Cons:

Availability of parking in an easy to access area. The room had a few issues with the card reader not activating the power / electricity properly.

Contudo Foi bom e foi uma boa experiência!!
Pros:

Piscina e o conforto.

Cons:

Notei que os tapetes do quarto e dos corredores não estavam limpos.
E a ementa não era muito variável e os preços para os pratos/ vinho que haviam eram caros.

A vista da piscina é muito bonita. Os quartos são muito confortáveis

Cons:

O ginásio não está em boas condições. As máquinas ou não funcionam ou estão completamente calcificadas
Quando chegámos ao hotel a piscina estava completamente suja com verdete e o hotel não parecia estar minimamente interessado em limpar a piscina

Decepcionante! Não se engane pela vista!

Funcionário Ricardo, piscinas e vista.

Cons:

A mulher da limpeza não trocou as toalhas usadas e sujas, apenas as dobrou, tampouco os copos, arrumou mal a cama, e tive uma lingerie desaparecida. Não tem tomada na pia do banheiro, o ar condicionado parava toda hora.
O restaurante não tem carta de vinho. Não tem pão e azeite( nem pagando).
Apenas 1 prato bom.
Cardápio horrível no literal.
Café da manhã tinha panquecas duras de tanta farinha, e o que tinha de bom, se acabava não era reposto.
Pedi snacks vieram sem guardanapos, foi necessário buscar na recepção.
Ricardo é um excelente funcionário, com todos ocorridos foi o único empático, e preocupado verdadeiramente.
Não faz juz as 5 estrelas de forma alguma. Já fui em muitos e esse nem 4 é, hotel moderno, porém não funcional em muitos detalhes( estacionamento, rampa, tomada na pia do banheiro, a própria funcionalidade da pia),
Não tem amenities dd hotel 5 estrelas, negaram ferro de passar, touca de cabelo no quarto, apenas dois rolos pequenos de papel higiênico, o hidratante foi necessário pedir pois no vidro continha dois sabonetes liquidos.
Por ser moderno e ter 5 estrelas nos enganou e pagamos + de 400€ porém foi péssima experiência. Não recomendo.
Faríamos reclamação no livro, mas apenas pelo Ricardo não fizemos.
