Perfect location for midtown and downtown, staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Pool area lovely.
Only negative was our room wasn’t ready on arrival until 5pm which left us short on time to get ready for a 5.30 pick up.
We have stayed in many great places, but this experience will long be remembered. Fantastic facility, wonderful staff and located perfectly to the Broadway excitement. Will return some day.

We showed up at 2:30 and by 5pm, our room still wasn’t ready - there was a line for each of the receptionist and every single time that we had to go check if our room is ready, we had to wait in line for 20 minutes… it was infuriating- we left and went to the W. This place is a crowded zoo!!
Great experience in Nashville with Virgin. My only issue was the pool. As a first time guest, I did not know you really need a reservation for any of the couches. Wasn't a problem in the end, fortunately it was warm enough to just stay in the pool the entire time. Bar and restaurant staff at all spots was very good.
Best hotel I've stayed at so far. Great rooms that look really nice, great food and drinks. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Wish there were more hotels like this.
Virgin Hotel- Nashville. Great hotel and location. Lots to do at the property. The bar and coffee bar are terrific. The only complaint is lack of shelves and/or drawers. We couldn’t fully unpack from our luggage because there wasn’t anywhere to put clothing.

I did not realize that I had to request cleaning, When I came back to the room in the evening it was just as I left it, Kept calling the front desk for at least and hour hoping I could get clean towels but no one answered,

Great experience except for the Pool Club. Annoying person manning the door would not let me, just one person, in "due to capacity." Although at the same time a bunch of people were leaving. So know just because you are a guest at the hotel, those who come in off the street have top priority, especially if they look like an influencer.
Riley and Sarah were extremely helpful coming in and extremely accommodating about all the luggage we had.
Great hotel and amenities, but beware if you are going on a holiday wknd they sell out the rooftop pool to promoters and have full on pool parties that are so packed you can barely enter the water. All good if that's the scene you are looking for, just don't expect a relaxing pool/sunbathing experience on those days.
