One of the most attentive staff and friendly experiences I've had traveling for work. They gave me the group rate with a lot of flexibility and checkout experience was seamless.
Super weird bathroom setup with only a curtain to cover the toilet and the toilet is also apart of the shower. Felt kinda awkward when staying with a friend. Front desk was pretty rude and looked like I was a problem just for checking in. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel.
Had a conference in the Maybelle rooms and the valet team was extremely fast and efficient. Riley made the recovery process for the car very speedy as well.
Sara was so great and took the time to help me with the link and lennon took great care of of my car

My wife and I travel a lot and this hotel is absolutely one of the best stays we’ve had in a while. The lobby, Common Ground patio, rooftop pool / bar and rooms are all fantastic (especially the pool). The staff at this property is also great — we’re here for a wedding weekend meaning late nights, and Dino went above and beyond to come to the rescue helping us out after hours. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Nashville. Highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful, the people were amazing and the stay was overall incredible! Jonathan (bellhop) and Will (valet) were incredibly friendly and helpful.
We had a fantastic experience at the Virgin Hotel. While the hotel itself is stunning, the staff is what makes it shine. Jonathan and Dustin went above and beyond to take care of us—they were friendly, professional, and just great guys to chat with.
The rooftop pool area is a 10/10. It’s the perfect spot to spend an afternoon if you want great music, high-quality cocktails, and a solid food menu. The atmosphere is unbeatable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-energy, high-service stay in Nashville.
Amazing stay at this hotel. Extremely friendly staff, especially Jonathan the bellman. He was always available for assistance and in such a friendly mood at all times making us feel right at home.

Had a great experience at this hotel! Rooftop bar and pool was awesome, very clean and modern! Kita was so excellent at brunch as they were short staffed that morning and she was doing it all!!
Had a reservation and confirmed I would be arriving late. Imagine my surprise when they didn't have the room I reserved. I felt like I was in a Sienfeld episode. You can take the reservation but you can't keep the reservation. Booked King and was put in a double room.
Hotel needs a refresh. Rooms are getting tired and old. Floor and fixtures have lots of wear and tear.

Room was not clean on arrival and only cleaned once during our 4 night stay despite several requests to have it cleaned. Staff were miserable and rushed guests. We had a fair amount of luggage due to a 3 week trip and were made to feel like an inconvenience. The only saving grace is the valet staff who were absolutely exceptional.
We went to the rooftop at the Virgin Hotel. Our waitress Sophie was an amazingly warm, friendly professional and took great care with my allergies!
The valet staff were very quick and friendly! No problems whatsoever with drop off and pick up. Ana my valet did great! Would recommend!
I valeted here and India was very helpful for finding local eats and attractions!
