Virgin Hotels Nashville

Great experience except for the Pool Club. Annoying person manning the door would not let me, just one person, in "due to capacity." Although at the same time a bunch of people were leaving. So know just because you are a guest at the hotel, those who come in off the street have top priority, especially if they look like an influencer.

Riley and Sarah were extremely helpful coming in and extremely accommodating about all the luggage we had.

Great hotel and amenities, but beware if you are going on a holiday wknd they sell out the rooftop pool to promoters and have full on pool parties that are so packed you can barely enter the water. All good if that's the scene you are looking for, just don't expect a relaxing pool/sunbathing experience on those days.

William with Valet was top tier!!! I dropped my keys so far under my car that no one could reach them. He QUICKLY problem solved and was more than pleasant during the whole situation. Very kind human. Saved the day!

We love this place! The service is always a 10/10! Great people & atmosphere! Everyone in Valet are on top of it! Connor is one of our favs.

Got kicked out of the pool for swimming, absolute joke I will never be back. This has ruined my holiday. The security were really cheeky & rude. He looks like stone cold Steve Austin.

There was to breakfast

We like the hotel. But we have a BIG but: we went to the pool at night and they were playing RAP and R&B ! Why? We are in Nashville, country music capital and we did not hear ONE country music song! When I asked the bartender about the music I was told that Nashville is not really country music place (?!) and music is set by the hotel (?) and he cannot change it. I didn't believe him but I did want to argue... So overall hotel was nice and clean and food and drinks were acceptable but disappointed about lack of country music "feel". And the hotel is a little far from the center. It is a walk!

Absolutely loved our stay at Virgin Hotels Nashville!!! The staff truly made the experience extra incredible. They surprised us with a dessert on the house for our wedding anniversary & all the staff throughout were so welcoming, warm, & professional. Especially, Cameron & Kita! And, we had a VIP rooftop experience that I can’t recommend enough!!!! Absolutely worth it! The sunset views, the comfy couches & umbrella, & the amazing pool & rooftop restaurant were all incredible highlights! Can’t wait to go back for a visit!

Our stay at Virgin Hotels Nashville for my best friend's bachelorette weekend was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. One of the best parts of our stay was the location. It was incredibly convenient and made getting around Nashville so easy. We were close to everything we wanted to do, which allowed us to maximize our time celebrating and exploring the city without the stress of long commutes.

I stayed this month in two different days, both stays just for one night. I was very impressed about my first stay for the looks of the room, the room and bathroom are big. Over all it was a good experience. I did noticed dust bunnies on the floor and under the vanity. The second time I was given a smaller room; the room was disgusting dirty. The carpet under the bed had multiple stains, the floor was dusty, the bath room was missing the door and instead of a door it had a cheap curtain and rod. the door frame was dirty with smeared marks. The vent inside the bathroom/shower had constant air blowing that was loud. I had to cover the vent and close the barn door that divides between the bed room and bathroom to be able to sleep. The barn door keeps creeping slide open, it would not hold closed. The shower handle was loose and was difficult to adjust the water temperature. The floor around the vanity and the vanity had female hairs all over. The Bed sheets were not tucked in nice, they looked half folded bunched up and covered with the comforter. Also, on my first stay there was shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash lotion. The second time I stayed, there was only shampoo.

Positives:
- fun vibe
- friendly staff
- clean fitness room
- spacious room

Opportunities:
- Room was not clean. Surfaces had not been wiped down (eg, desk and bathroom counter both had visible water spots, etc.)
- noise level in the evening was unbearable. Either construction or dumpsters nearby all night; motorbikes going up and down the road. Very tough to sleep
