Cons:

Das Hotel hat leider keine Klimaanlage und es war an den Tage die Hitzewelle. Trotz keinen Ventilators war es im Zimmer extrem warm. Das Hotel sollte Klimaanlage installieren

The staff was always very willing to help and I really appreciate it, because in some 5 stars hotel one can’t get the service that I experienced here. I needed cutlery, iron, and a charger, and they borrowed ir for me. Actually, the hotel has a lot to offer, just that for some items the deposit is taken, so have cash.
The hotel was very clean and tidy. I didn’t leave “make my room” sign, but it was cleaned anyway for some reason. The room is way more spacious than in the photos, and though it was a single bed, I found it very comfortable.
Location was very convenient, it’s 20mins walk to the oldtown, or a short metro ride from one of two stations next to the hotel. Quiet and safe neighbourhoods, less crowds, cafe shops, groceries, everything around.
In general, I would say it’s underpriced for what it actually offers.

Cons:

There is a terrace on the first floor and people keep coming there at night, talking on a speaker, smoking, occasionally shouting, or just simply laughing, but at night it sounds loud and it is right under the windows ( I had Zoo side). It was noisy and I felt cigarrete odor in my room. As the accomodation does not have AC, closing the window was not the solution as the room got warm very quickly. First night was calm, the second one I had to sleep with earbuds and music on. Basicaly, thats the only downside I experienced.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist innerhalb von 2 Minuten an der Metro ist.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr mager aufgebaut und wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Das Personal wirkte dabei auch sehr unmotiviert. Das Zimmer war okay. Leider hatten wir 2 unterschiedliche lange Betten und im Bad hat es recht viel Schimmel gehabt.

Exelent value hotel
Pros:

Room was clean .nice table and a great fan. Windows open to let in fresh air .nice breakfirst too.
Iron available on request.next to public transport
