Schimmel im Bad, veraltete Ausstattung, Lärm in der Nacht durch Parties und andere Gäste
Wir sind als Paar angereist und hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten, von dem keins groß genug war, um zu zweit darin zu schlafen
Uns wurde die PanoramaCard für Vergünstigungen versprochen, die wir trotz zweimaligem Nachfragen nicht bekommen haben

It’s a hostel, not a hotel and nowhere near the seaside.
Pros:

Knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and where necessary, effectively authoritative staff

Wide selection of additional pillows - albeit subject to demand

Ample breakfast

Covered garage meaning car stayed cool.

Cons:

Rowdy guests at night - noise travels across the complex. Staff didn’t intervene until we complained.

Foam mattress not comfy

Only two thin pillows as standard

Bathroom NOT clean - the WC smelt like a public WC and clearly hadn’t seen disinfectant for a while

Steep walk into town

Hotel restaurant only does breakfast

Biting insects in outside patio areas and wasps around breakfast area.

Only one light over bed, not one each.

Aufbau des Zimmers, mehr als ausreichend Verstauungsmöglichkeiten, Ventilator im Raum

lieber auf die selbstgemalten Bilder verzichten (schmälern den positiven Eindruck),
angesichts keiner Klimaanlage, dünnere Decken für den Sommer, Verbesserungsvorschläge: für Zimmer ohne Balkon/Terasse: Mini-Wäscheständer im Sommer (den Gepäckständer habe ich nicht gebraucht), Cleaning-Schild bei Anreise auf dem Bett (hatte es im Schrank übersehen und die Kolleng:innen haben für 2 Nächte 1x unnötigerweise aufgeräumt)

Auszeit- und Wanderweekend
Pros:

schöne Lage mit super Aussicht. Man erreicht den See, Restaurants und Busstation in wenigen Gehminuten.
Es stehen ein Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und ein Wasserspender zur Verfügung. Im Zimmer gab es einen Ventilator für die heissen Tage. Bequemes Bett. Sehr vielfältiges grosses Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

In der ersten Nacht gab es ein Bankett. Dabei haben Leute unterhalb meines Zimmers draussen geraucht. Der Rauch zog natürlich in mein Zimmer, was mich sehr störte. Sonst war alles gut.
