Probably about the worst travelling experience I have had in many years
Pros:

There was a roof over our head for a few days

Cons:

- Communication with customer service was done through AI.
- Management failed to mention that the two rooms booked were not in the same building but at 10min walk. This impacted my disabled mother quite a lot.
- The shower was not working and they fixed it. We asked to fix the sidetable lights but they did not (again, with a lot of aggravation for my mom who is visually impaired)
- They described the apartment as "serviced" but there was no cleaning, no additional pillows and towels when we asked.
- In the main hotel there were instructions about breakfast being provided but this was not the case

Excellent accommodation
Pros:

Beautiful building the room was clean and we had a totally amazing view. Local shops cafes not far into town

Basic, cold, smelled musty, no staff even when you dialled 00 as advised. Noone answered. Room wasn't serviced and hairdryer didn't work. Cups for tea and coffee weren't clean and complimentary haribo sweets were out of date.

Lovely hotel, a short distance from Murrayfield stadium.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. We went to a football match at Murrayfield and it was a 10 minute walk from the property.
Clear instructions were given on how to check in and check out.
The room was lovely with 2 double beds.

Cons:

There were a few spider webs in the room / bathroom however apart from that the room was clean.
The bathroom light was dodgy and wouldn’t always turn on.

Área comum com várias mesas disponíveis para refeições, caso deseje pedir algo para comer no hotel.

Cons:

Chuveiro muito ruim, com "cortina" de separação que atrapalha no banho e encharca o banheiro inteiro. Teto com abertura para ventilação com persiana que não fecha completamente, de forma que, com o nascer do sol cedo, a luminosidade atrapalha no sono. Cama pequena. Sem elevador. Alto custo para pouca infraestrutura.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Location, comfortable room, clean

Cons:

1. The member of stuff that was present during breakfast, doing his job, but hovering over people eating, constantly tidying which let to feeling rushed. Wanted to borrow the larger mug to have my big coffee in the room but wasn’t allowed too. The cups in the room were very small.
2. The weeds in the courtyard leading from our room. It would not take much to handle it and make the open space a bit more appealing.

Habitación cuádruple muy grande, camas cómodas y en la planta baja con acceso directo al jardín. Ropa de cama y toallas limpias y de calidad. Muy bien comunicado con el centro histórico, en 20min aprox.
