Good for short stay but needs refreshing
Pros:

Localisation and climate of house was very good. Big applause for staff for quickly resolving any problems that occured. Room was very well equipped with all stuff you'll need like iron, kettle, a lot of wardrobes.

Cons:

Room could be cleaned better and bathroom needs to be refreshed. Plus for the staff for providing cleaning services when some stains were reported and maintenance work performed on some minor issues.

Alojamiento correcto. Ubicación con buenas conexiones
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y cómoda. La ubicación aunque está a media hora andando del centro de la ciudad tiene muy buena conexión por autobús. Las paradas están muy cerca. Llegamos con coche de alquiler y pudimos aparcarlo muy cerca del alojamiento en una zona de aparcamiento gratuito

Cons:

Las zonas comunes de acceso a las habitaciones no estaban muy limpias. El servicio de limpieza no nos hizo la habitación.

We enjoyed our stay. Stunning views, close to the airport, and walking distance to town. There are nearby Tescos as well

Pros:

La entrada de la casa es muy bonita.ofrecian desayuno gratis.

Cons:

Faltaba mucha limpieza. El techo estaba lleno de arañas.
Por otro lado les pedimos si podíamos hacernos un café fuera del horario del desayuno de 8 a 11 porque todos los dias salíamos a las 7:30 de casa y no podíamos disfrutarlo.... nos dijeron que sin problema que podíamos usar la cafetera del comedor pero resultó que el tanque de agua lo habían cogido y no pudimos hacer nada. Lo comentamos y no nos respondieron
Al dia siguiente nos quitaron la leche que había disponible.. es mejor que no digan que no se puede a decir que sí y luego no cumplir.

For 2 days stay, overall was fair, but for the heating
Pros:

Near city centre, flat itself clean and quite

Cons:

Second day, heathing has been switch off.
Outside the flat was dusty and doesn't look clean
