No 6 West Coates

Entering was tricky and had to call the number as no staff are on site. The instructions were not clear enough on how to access the keypad. Rooms were clean but could use some TLC.

Management was very shit we wait their like 1 hour for check in and on arrival they start demanding security deposit when I book no thing mention like that , Even their was no soap, Neither shampoo for shower just a hand wash in toilet It was bad experience

Not properly cleaned. Apartment was nothing like advertised.
Not enough seats in kitchen to seat all visitors.
Bathroom had cracked tiles, unsafe for pre-schooler.
The stairway and entrance to apartment were filthy. Not welcoming.
Living room had no windows and tiny space for 1 sofa.
Advertised for sleeping 6, which it did, but was not fit for 6 occupying for a few days.

Staff took away our breakfast in the middle of preparing it, was rough

Where do I start… absolutely everything.. the poor room, the very small bathroom, getting a room we never paid for in regards to the photos they have advertised on here. Absolutely horrendous just horrendous. One member of staff who was yet to ask us was everything ok. I had an electric scooter & use a crutch, this man never once asked if I needed help with anything, not once. He never spoke on the passing, he never smiled , but was very quick to pull me up for taking a bowl of cereal& milk to my room one morning. It says on the site a Grab & Go brekkie idea, so that’s what I did, seemingly no u are not allowed to remove a wee bowl out of the little sitting area they had for a canteen. That was just utterly disgusting actually.
Terrible attitude to have . Our toilet seat was on its side, there were no safety bars on the bath to hold onto, no safety handles to grab onto on the walls. The taps didn’t have any tops on them & poured hot from the cold & vice versa. I had to carefully hold onto the sink & the door to get safely in the bath. Oh & don’t expect to get two baths after one another if your partner wanted one as the water ran cold everytime!!! What hotel doesn’t have hot running water always?? This one obviously, also our bed kept moving as wasn’t fixed to the headboard. Our ‘wardrobe ‘ was a poky wee cupboard with a few bent plastic coat hangers& you had to hang your clothes at an angle because the small tight door wouldn’t close otherwise!! Just bludy awful. We asked & paid for for their superior double room, which looked lovely on this site, what we got was awful& no room in the dark dingy bathroom to swing a cat. The door would bang against the bath hence banging back to you so you had to be careful not to get hit in the face. There was no ceiling lights & only one small touch lamp on the only one bedside table, even though it was a superior DOUBLE ROOM.

Unfortunately we were given room 11 with 2 double beds, the rooms had very closely fitted water tank or something and it kept making noise plus water filling in it continuously overnight which was too loud . We 4 individuals were unable to sleep all night had to leave in the morning without getting proper rest .

No humans. Press buttons. I did not get promised codes. Felt very unsafe. I managed to get in earlier as I wanted to leave luggage and only got in because someone was leaving. Will never ever book an hotel like that again. Could not stop at hotel to take in luggage as double cycle lane and no stopping.
