Pros:

Great location, amazing staff, excellent rooms and very quiet. I was in Auckland for some work for a week, and this was a great hotel for business. I used the complimentary bikes to ride around a little. Staff are genuinely courteous and happy. I will stay again.

Perfect for a weekend away

Wonderful stay - the Hotel met all expectations. Staff were great, and the room was well designed and very comfortable. Wish we were there longer. Will be back again!

Excellent customer service
Pros:

The customer service here was the best I have experienced anywhere in the world and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels. Everyone was so friendly and nothing no was too much trouble.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a lovely night stay here. The room was very very beautiful and cosy. Everything was super clean and the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back :)
