Gorgeous hotel in a great location, and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The room was beautiful, as was the design of the hotel and surrounding neighbourhood. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance to lots of good cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect for a weekend staycation
Pros:

Central location so lots to do within walking distance. The room itself was beautiful with a large and comfy bed. Though the room is small, the space was utilised well, I liked the open plan concept with the option to close the bathroom area off with the sliding door.

Really lovely room, nice and quiet, felt luxurious.
Pros:

My wife had messaged in saying it was for a special event, and we arrived to a beautifully written card and some wine. Thank you!

Fantastic location, service and overall 5 stars from us
Pros:

Rooms were stylish and rain shower head was lovely, bed comfy and choice of pillows great. The restaurants that service the Britomart are fantastic, breakfast delicious and Cafe Hanoi was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here in Auckland again.

Cons:

Room could be a little bigger but as we didn't spend much time in the room it wasn't a problem.
