Very enjoyable-would go back and recommend to friends and family.

Location was excellent

Cons:

Carpet in room had a nasty stain on it which made a poor initial first impression. Especially as we were told that there was a delay for us to go to the room because it was being inspected. (Not very thoroughly?)
We asked immediately that the stain be cleaned. This was not done on our first day but was after a second request on day two. The stain was very satisfactorily removed

Bastun i dåligt skick, ångbastu luktade väldigt illa, väldigt dåligt städat, var fläckar på heltäckningsmatta, häftstift på golvet, damm på många möbler och såg ut som smink på ena kudden. Blev lovad spa i 2 timmar men städet knackade på timmen efter och då fick jag lämna

frukosten är helt otrolig med topp service. Vackra rum och spaet är verkligen unikt.

Cons:

Städningen levde tyvärr inte upp till förväntningar. Dammigt överallt på lister, och i garderober så att man inte ville lägga in sina kläder.

Villa Dagmarissa viihtyy joka kerta loistavasti.
Pros:

Hotelli on loistavassa paikassa Östermalmshallenin naapurissa. Palvelu on ensiluokkaista ja aamiainen on todella hyvä. Huoneet ovat viihtyisiä ja siistejä.
