Super cozy and great location - service both great but also flaws
Pros:

The property had a great location on one of Sthlms most attractive addresses with restaurants. It’s a cute boutique hotel which makes it special from many other hotels in Sthlm. They’ve got a beautiful indoor garden where you can have a cocktail and food. We also got wonderful help from Patrick the restaurant manager to provide with the little extra for my mums bday when we were there - wonderful service from him.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small, I’ve stayed here twice in a regular room and also a deluxe superior balcony room - all rooms are quite small compared to other hotels. They service they provided was not great at all times unfortunately- although the restaurant manager had wonderful customer care some other staff lacked that quality. Had to ask for things we needed many times at breakfast, we had to wait for extremely long time at the wine bar to get service both in ordering, getting our drinks and also to pay - not very attentive. It was also a bit strange that we had to wait exactly until 1500 to check in not a minute before. Also that they did not have any additional mattresses or extra bed to be able to add to the room (even if we paid extra for it). For a 5 star hotel I think all these sort of things should be in place and that the service should be without flaws.

Best hotel in Stockholm
Pros:

The location is perfect, rooms were great, the restaurant is amazing with a pristine wine list, breakfast top-notch, the building interior is very beautiful and nicely decorated with a friendly staff.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut gelegen an einer Strasse mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Ausrichtung Innenhof erhalten, welches ruhig war.

Cons:

Der Service beim Frühstück war leider nicht akzeptabel. Wir mussten trotz viermaligem Nachfragen 45 Minuten für einen Kaffee warten. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen (Badetücher schmutzig, Haare, staubig). Grundsätzlich stimmt hier das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Pros:

Very beautiful with great facilities, enjoyed a very nice breakfast with such a good variety of options. Front desk staff were helpful & friendly.

Cons:

Upon arrival 2 men came to the room saying they needed to fix the lamp and the door as it wasn’t shutting properly. I think this is something that should have been done prior to check in. I also felt that the older woman who worked in the breakfast area was quite rude and snappy to me each day I was there.

Top city centre hotel connected to the Östermalms Saluhall.
Pros:

Have stayed here before. Prime location, great staff, good breakfast and comfy rooms. Nice bar and wine bar. Very handy connecting door to the Östermalms Saluhall.

Muy fino buen gusto, instalaciones bien cuidadas, atención muy buena , el resto también muy bueno.

Cons:

Elegí una habitación un poco más amplia 26 m2 , muy linda, muy buen gusto en la decoración … NO TENÍA DONDE DEJAR LA VALIJA Y MENOS AÚN DONDE GUARDAR LA ROPA, INCREÍBLE QUIEN DISEÑÓ LA HABITACIÓN , SOBRABA DECO PERO FALTÓ FUNCIONALIDAD, NO TENÍAMOS NI UN CAJÓN .

Baren stänger kl 22, känns inte premium. Ett glas öl eller vin borde kunna erbjudas långt in på kvällen

La ubicación. El baño y el gimnasio.
