Great location and comfortable sleep
Pros:

Great location, great comfy beds, blackout curtains and quiet rooms. Didn't use any of the facilities such as gym, so can't comment on that.

Cons:

The floors of our room and bathroom were weirdly "creamy" and "slippery", for a lack of better terms. They didn't feel dirty, just slippery, as if someone had washed the floors but forgot to rinse it afterward or something like that.

Great location, modern apartment. My second stay and I will be back.
Pros:

When we asked for things, we got them. It is not a staffed property per se, so there is no front desk. But if you need sonething, send a message and they respond quickly.

Cons:

The sauna was not working. But the gym has a lot of good equipment. I would also suggest having a dish soap cobtainer at the kitchen sink.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione ottima, comoda per visitare la città e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse.

Cons:

l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Complesso il ceck in , tutto digitale ma poco chiaro e nessun personale presente .
La camera era piuttosto piccola e la finestra non si apriva; Le capsule del caffè sono state rifornite solo un giorno dopo la nostra richiesta ed il letto non è stato nemmeno rifatto.
Anche la palestra è risultata deludente: ambiente con soffitto molto basso e presenza di tubi a vista, poco confortevole e non adeguato alla categoria dell’hotel.

A perfect place to stay in Oslo.
Pros:

Clean, modern, comfortable. There is not contact with physical staff but you can call them in the phone and they are very helpful and very nice.

Comfortable stay at Hotel Filip.
Pros:

Spacious room with kitchenette. Room had a great view towards harbour.

Cons:

Acquisition of key card for entry to room was not clearly indicated. Room temperature was 3 degrees C above setting.

Gode senger, dyner og deilige håndkler. Rent og nytt innvendig.
Vi skulle bare ha et sted å sove, og dette passet oss perfekt. Vi gikk på cafe for frokost

Pleasant enough but needs improvements.
Pros:

Location was good for town center. Comfy bed and clean room. Some nice added touches to the room.

Cons:

Television did not work. One socket in the room so could not plug in lamp, iron or the heater if needed. Silicone cracked around the toilet and sink. No bath mat or milk for coffee in room.
