Disappointing hotel

Unfortunately, our stay was quite unpleasant. The hotel has no staff on site, which meant there was nobody to contact when problems occurred. The digital room key did not work properly, and although the beds were made upon arrival, they were never made again during our stay. The air conditioning stopped working after the first day, and the bathroom amenity boxes were empty, apparently left that way by previous guests. The room was never properly cleaned—only the towels were replaced daily. There was dust everywhere, and there wasn’t even a safe in the room. Overall, there were simply too many issues, which was especially disappointing given the expectations that come with a 4-star hotel.

Lage und Betten toll. Falls man hinein kommt…

Die Lage war einfach toll.

Cons:

Der Einzug ins Hotel gestaltet sich sehr schwer wenn man nichts ins Haus kommt. Wir warteten dann schon mit 2 anderen Gästen 40 Minuten bis ein anderer Gast uns in Haus lies. Bei der notfalls Nummer hat nie jemand abgehoben und auch nicht zurück gerufen. Das automatische Erkennen des Standorts das man dann ins Zimmer und Haus kommt funktionierte nicht. Im Flur konnte man sich dann eine Karte fürs Zimmer erstellen. Aber den Code für die Haustüre haben wir dann wieder nicht gehabt. Den mussten wir uns auch von einem anderen Gast erfragen. Wenn man nicht jemanden trifft der einem hilft kann man auf der Straße schlafen statt im bezahlten Zimmer.. Nachrichten auf Booking an den Gastgeber wurden auch nicht beachtet.
