Excelente local para descanso com conforto.
Pros:

Espaço encantador integrando natureza e área de hospedagem. Piscina muito gostosa e relaxante. Instalações e decoração moderna que auxilia no descanso. Café da manhã feito na hora diariamente com 4 opções no menu. Atendentes do café onde é servido muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Cons:

Perdemos um café da manhã pois o local onde produzem não abre aos domingos e apesar de terem enviado mensagem e aberto somente para quem estava hospedado, o horário não foi compatível e perdemos uma refeição.

Ótimas instalações, mas atenção à localização.
Pros:

Ambiente bonito e agradável, sobretudo a área da piscina e jardim.
Quarto espaçoso e frigobar de ótimo tamanho.
Black-out funcionou bem para deixar o quarto escuro, somente tivemos que colocar uma toalha na porta do banheiro pois ela tem vidro.

Cons:

Localização: apesar de relativamente próximo do centro indo de carro, fica afastado de tudo (mata aberta em todo o outro lado da rua). Ficamos inseguros em deixar nosso carro passando a noite em frente ao local, pois não havia movimento algum nem pessoal do Aldea durante a noite. O estacionamento incluso é este na calçada, em frente ao local, sendo totalmente aberto.
Do chuveiro e da pia do banheiro do nosso quarto (9) saía muito pouca água, a ponto de ser difícil de tirar o sabonete.
Havia um cinzeiro na piscina com cigarros apagados durante todos os 4 dias de nossa hospedagem.

A hospedagem funciona com self check in, todas informações claras passadas antecipadamente, a vila é bem arborizada, bonita e aconchegante, piscina grande com hidro e espreguiçadeiras para conforto dos hospedes, quarto grande, limpo, com frigobar, cafeteira (café e água de brinde), amenidades de banho, o café da manhã é no restaurante ao lado com boas opções, estacionamento externo porém seguro.

Cons:

A localização é longe da zona hoteleira, para quem buscava tranquilidade como nós, adoramos, mas se vc quer agito talvez fique inviável.

un peu à l'écart du centre , du coup on ose pas trop sortir de nuit mais finalement on se rend vite compte qu'en 10-15 minutes nous retrouvons le coté attractif de la ville
réception par le biais de clé dans des boites à code très pratique pour des arrivées tardives
petit déjeuner au café collé à l’hôtel copieux
cadre très agréable, dans les appartement coin salon cuisine parfait pour l'indépendance

excelente en formageneral, la cama muy comoda nunca falto el agua , el desayuno y la atencion muy satisfactoria, muy recomendable

existe un detalle al parecer el seguro de la ventana corrediza no engancha y nunca se queda cerrada la ventana, algun detalle minimo, sin embargo no es queja solo sugerencia

Ich hatte die 60qm2 Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet und für mexikanische Verhältnisse, sehr sauber. Das angrenzende Cafe ist wunder bar.

El lugar estaba muy agradable y la cama muy cómoda, la zona de la piscina estaba genial. El desayuno rico.

Las instalaciones están algo viejas y la limpieza podía ser mejorable (la alcachofa de la ducha estaba enrollada en una bolsa de plástico). Encontramos dos cucarachas en la habitación, que sabemos que es frecuente en zonas de playa pero igualmente no es muy agradable...

Egy kis nyugodt, fantasztikus édenkert Tulumban
Pros:

Ez a hely egy megtestesült álom. A nyugalom szigete, de mégis minden könnyen megközelíthető. Csodás napokat töltöttünk itt. Tiszta, rendezett, csendes, kényelmes. A szobák tágasak és gyönyörűen berendezettek. A medence, a kert és a reggeli is szuper. Mindvégig biztonságban ereztük magunkat. Bármikor visszatérnénk!

Hébergement au calme dabs un cadre très agréable.
Pros:

Hôtel très calme, loin du centre ville il faut une voiture.
Pas d'accueil mais accès à l appartement très facile.
Appartement spacieux avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain dans un cadre très agréable.

Cons:

Accueil au petit déjeuner peu aimable et attention PAS de petit déjeuner le dimanche le café est fermé ce jour là.
Nous avons voulu un jus d'orange il fallait payer en plus, idem pour un croissant que nous avons pris mais très cher pour le Mexique 3,75 euros pièce.
La plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas ce qui a été réparé dès notre signalement.
Le ménage est très succinct.
Les robinets des 2 salles de bain et des douches étaient complètement entartrés, juste un tout petit filet d'eau dans les lavabos.

The apartment was wonderful, big, modern and very clean.
The outside is even more amazing and relaxing with a nice swimming pool, some hammocks and just a quiet environment like a peace oasis in Tulum.
For us it was perfect because we were looking for a quiet place since we went there with our 4 years old daughter and we didn't want to be in the party areas.

Cons:

We didn't have warm water for the first 2 days but it was promptly fixed once we messaged the owner.
