Pros:

Nice location and beutiful scenery, Nice staff, Good Food, Spacious Clean wash rooms, Spacious rooms with all amenities as said in their booking list.

Cons:

The road to location was steep hilly and narrow. Parking space was limited with limited turing radius while parking.

Mind calming stay free from your routines!
Pros:

Calm chilling stay. Nice ambience and nice staff behaviour.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner i think they have to work upon it.
Dinning space can be isolated because if two families plan to have food at the same time , one has to compromise by sitting outside!

Pros:

Spectacular views in the middle of clouds, perfectly located not too far or close from the centre. Staff is super prompt and sweet.

Cons:

Heater and the microwave are a bit too old, needs some replacement or modern touch

Pros:

Clean rooms as well as surroundings. Courteous and helpful staff. Quality and taste of food excellent. Games room is well equipped and well maintained. Mounteneous view from rooms was soothing.

Serene , tranquil and peaceful . Wonderful
Location and beautiful views all around . Property with garden view was really nice. The staff , especially Basant took care of everything. We strongly recommend the place.

Pros:

Staff were friendly helpful and polite. Location had great views and was quiet and peaceful
Food was well cooked, fresh and to order

Cons:

Rooms were basic, unheated and very cold in mid February. Only one small electric fan heater was available. Shower was poor.
The property tries to pass itself off as an 'eco lodge', but this equates to lack of good facilities, especially considering the price paid.

Pros:

Everything was good and felt really happy. Basanth, caretaker was very kind and made dinner arrangements even at the last minute. Also, gave proper information on the quantity of the food serving. Taste was very good.

Cons:

My creta had a hard time to climb the uphill inside the resort road. But I can't complain on that, as the roads were in good condition.

Pros:

The location, staff and the peace. The property is beautifully maintained with lush greenery and blooms.

Cons:

There could be the option of a ceiling fan since ther is no AC in the room. Alternatively, even a table fan that could be provided upon request would make a difference.

Pros:

Location was nice. Staffs were really courteous. Very exclusive place of stay away from the crowd. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Overall from the time of booking it was a professional approach by the manager.

Cons:

Only 1 chef and 2 supporting staffs were there. Hence the ordered food was delayed everytime.atleast during the peak season the number of staffs can be increased.
Even For water and tea, there was a delay.
