Cons:

the car parking was NOT included in the price. As receptionist said there is limited parking but your website did not clearly show that extra cost. If the website can show that there are only a few nights left then surely they could clearly show the extra cost for parking. It's not the extra cost, it is just that it should be clearly shown, not in small print at the bottom. I felt deceived.

Comfy stop with EV charging
Pros:

Clean comfy room. Looked new. Very comfortable bed. Kitchenette made self catering easy. EV charger was a standard power point. Slow, but overnight gave enough charge to get us started next day.

Cons:

We only got one room swipe so couldn't have one person in room while the other went to car. Probably our fault for not asking for two cards

A wonderful weekend getaway.
Pros:

The building was well located, off the highway; so it was a very quiet spot. Having said that, it was in walking distance to the regional bus pick-up point for the Roam Rutherglen wine festival. It was also in walking distance to some very nice cafes, where we enjoyed morning tea, and breakfast.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and the cleanliness could not be faulted.

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like, other than having to pay extra for secure parking. Not that it was excessive, but just really annoying. I wasn't expecting that in a regional town.

Traveling option was convenient
Pros:

Modern and new

Cons:

Deposit / bond of $250 taken out of my Card. Usually a Card details are held as security, & only $s withdrawn should there have been any destruction.
Felt this was outrageous for a one night stay.

Clean and comfortable but take your headphones and a spare teaspoon.
Pros:

Our studio room was very comfortable and clean and the kitchenette was handy. Great shower and lovely large bed.

Cons:

The soundproofing of the rooms is appalling . We could hear conversations from other rooms, phone alarms, doors opening and closing. We were also in the midst of. a large family group which wasn't ideal especially as the hotel was not full.
The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum of cutlery and china for 2 people.

Modern nice let down by being cheap!
Pros:

Parking is $25.00 per day! No mention of this! No ramp for disabled access. No room service Sunday. Great but no mention no discount for no service! $250.00 bond no mention? Could not or would not help with disabled access to lift!

A very nice accommodation in Wangaratta.
Pros:

Very comfortable suites, well equipped and clean. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good location and would be comfortable for an extended stay.

Cons:

Given the accommodation cost, secure parking should be included. Otherwise all good.

A wonderful place to stay in Wangaratta, we’ll be back!
Pros:

A wonderful property close to everything, it was clean, quiet and roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful with great food recommendations. Parking had to be paid for but was very secure and we had no trouble getting an undercover spot. Oh and did l mention that it was clean, super clean.
