Muito boa, fomos atendidos em tudo que precisamos essencialmente.
Pros:

Limpeza, atendimento especialmente da Magali, estacionamento, café, portaria 24hs, silêncio a noite.

Cons:

Chuveiro estava com problema no botão de saída da água, pouco lugar para malas, canoas de TV somente em francês.

Bon séjour dans une ville très belle et très agréable. Et hôtel sympathique malgré quelques défauts

Propreté de la chambre;

Chambre très petite (lit très grand, très encombrant).
Salle de bains vraiment très très petite, pas de possibilités de rangements ...

Bra frukost, trevligt.
Mångsidig med ljust och mörkt bröd, croissanter, Madeleine, smör goda ostar, naturell yoghurt, cien flakes, müsli, två sorters juice, sylt flera, honung, olika sorters kaffe med het mjölk och frukt, äpple och banan ….

Cons:

Det kalla hårdkokta ägget.
Hellre då, löskokt ägg, varmt i täckt skål.

We had a lovely stay, super location and it was lovely and clean
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was super. The staff always checked who you were so felt very safe too!

Cons:

There isn’t much not to like to be honest, if I had to suggest anything it would be to double up the desk at the back to make it a dressing table, no plugs close to the mirror the way it is.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Central but quiet at night. Lovely staff. Compact but clean room. Cleaner in every day. Fresh towels whenever required. Lovely fresh bread, pastries, fruit etc for continental breakfast. Plenty coffee, tea and fruit juice. Left your room key with reception everytime you went out so no chance of losing it. Hotel had someone on reception 24hrs. Small fridge (with water, fruit juice and chocolate biscuits, chargeable) but room for your own water bottle. Also had a safe in the room.
The shower in the bath was great. Good pressure and enough hot water for a bath...which was needed after biking round the lake!

Cons:

Didn't have tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. Not really a problem for us as there was facilities in the reception but some of our friends did mention that they would of liked the option of having them in the rooms.
