Pros:

チェックインの時に、素早くして頂き、気軽に利用できる感じでよかった
家族4人で一部屋だったので、便利でした
買ってきた物を部屋の電子レンジで温めて食べれたのと皿などもあり、大変助かりました

Cons:

歯ブラシはあったけど、ヘヤーブラシがなかったので、そこは、おいてほしいかなぁ

Pros:

A perfect and central accommodation for a stay in Osaka. A big plus are the free washing machines, the staff was friendly and always very helpful, big luggage coin lockers are available for luggage storage.
