Everything, well located , the breakfast is amazing
There was a little cockroach in the toilet
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the gentleman who received us and the lovely team at the bar. Their kindness was definitely a highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, the location was not what we expected. When I called beforehand, I was advised that it was approximately five minutes by car from the V&A Waterfront, but I found the surrounding area very busy and was disappointed with the location overall.
The breakfast was average, the food could have been better, and unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that I had to clean myself.
I appreciate the friendly service, but the overall experience did not quite meet my expectations. With better attention to cleanliness only in the bathroom , food quality was average and clearer communication about the location, the stay could have been much better. No view from my room😔
I did not like that I had to pay so much for parking two nights I wasn’t told all that when I checked in
We were tipping because of the lovely service from the staff

The hotel was beautiful and right at the centre.
The only issue is parking as we still had to pay R420 for 3 days parking which was expensive.
Well located, close to everything but still very safe.
