Just Okay
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights last week and it was just okay. No recognition for platinum members until we checked out and I asked the front desk if that benefit was done away with. The desk clerk handed me 2 bottles of water at that point. Hotel was clean however the flood lights outside in the parking lot was so bright the room couldn’t get dark at night. Breakfast was adequate. We would probably not stay here on future trips to KC.

Great overall, just some minor inconveniences. Easily fixed through maintenance and extra coaching

This location is ideal as it is near the airport. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Cons:

I was accidentally charged at the location for the room. I paid online and when the clerk said that was just a hold on my card, I paid again at the desk. I double-checked and pulled up my receipt to show I paid in full online, and he reversed the charge from the location. Unfortunately, it is a holiday weekend, so I will be inconvenienced with a lack of funds until Monday.
When I arrived at my room, the TV didn't function, so I was promptly moved to a different room.
In the morning, I chose to sleep a little more after breakfast and placed the sign on my door refusing room service. The employee ignored the sign, knocked, and then began to enter after I said to hold on a moment so I could get dressed. Good thing I had the security bar on, otherwise she may have seen more than she bargained for.

Overall it was great for a quick one night stay.
Pros:

Staff was super kind and helpful. We had problems with our reservation and they were very kind while working it out.

Cons:

The breakfast is very simple and not very good. Not many options.
