Pros:

All staff was super cooperated with us .. even if there any small complain from anything.. they make sure that it won't happen again .. special thanks to Ms. Nourhan the relation gusts manager , Mr. Mostafa at front office ,Ms. Mayar at the front office , Mr. Ahmed Mahmoud at the restaurant & Mr. Fathy head of room service ..they all made our stay more comfortable and definitely will love to repeat this experience again .

Mukava, siisti hotelli rauhallisella sijainnilla!
Pros:

Hotelli oli todella siisti ja henkilökunta osasi auttaa hyvin ja olivat palvelualttiilta. Kaunis uima-allas ja helppo pääsy rannalle.
Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä ja rauhallinen.

Cons:

Majoitukseen kuuluva aamiainen ja illallinen olivat kohtalaisia, ei hyvää mutta ei pahaa. Hotellin huonepalvelun ruoka ei ollut myöskään kovin hyvää.

Terrible value for money
Pros:

The place itself is cleanish, the design is good and the water facilities are good. staff are mostly friendly. The beach had a nice area. now for the activities and sports the third party provider was great (BOBOS) that was literally the highlight of the stay. Second best part of the trip was the Basement floor, it had a supermarket, pharmacy and a couple of shops that helped us with a few snacks, board games and swimming gear.

Cons:

Firstly the food is bad, and I mean REALLY REALLY BAD to the point where we only ate there once on dinner and then skipped the rest of the meals for the stay, the restaurants on the beach are operated by the hotel as well, and you guessed it, it’s bad. for the coffee, the best coffee cup I had here, was the one I made myself in my hotel room. A manager did comp us meals to make it up for the food issue (Thanks). One of the rooms we had, had an issue with plumbing where the shower got shut, and a worker came with no equipment, wiggled around and nothing got fixed, and I saw someone else complaining about this previously. and both our rooms sink got jammed a lot and flooded. Lastly, Now apparently the ^Bars^ at the hotel don’t serve alcohol, and you aren’t allowed to bring any with you (booking didn’t write this info, you have to ask for it apparently).
