I came before with my hsbd - all was superb. A bit disappointed the mgmt unable to maintain it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Majestic. The beaches and swimming pools were excellent, and having more than one beach gave us different options to enjoy. The buffet offered a wide variety of food, and the supermarket and pharmacy inside the hotel were very convenient.
Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Abd Elhady at reception for his outstanding service from check-in to check-out. Mr. Mohamed Nagati from housekeeping also provided excellent service, and Shishaman was very helpful when we needed ice after my wife slipped at the beach.
There were a few areas that could be improved. When one of our small luggage pieces was missing on arrival, the person who answered the hotel phone was unfortunately not very helpful. Thankfully, Mr. Mohamed from housekeeping helped us locate it.
More importantly, when my wife slipped on the wooden deck at the second beach, there was no lifeguard or security staff nearby at that moment to provide first aid. This is something the hotel should definitely improve from a safety perspective.
The Caesar salad from room service also contained far too much mayonnaise and was not really a traditional Caesar salad. There was also noticeable food waste at the buffet.

The pools are not clean and the beach is full of rocks , the hygiene was awful and services were really poor and the staff are unfriendly and not helpful at all
The bathrooms and the bedrooms floor were super dirty , it’s really expensive for all of this unfortunately my money went to waste

The hygiene was really poor , the bathrooms is a disaster they need seriously to care more about bathrooms hygiene and the staff was not helpful and mean also they tried to scam me by charging 400 pounds for a towel to my kid
