Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich sehr praktisch. Direkt am Bahnhof. Ich hatte ein Komfort Zimmer und hatte um ein extra ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, was super geklappt hat. Ich hätte sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen können, wenn ich das gewollt hätte. Auch vom Gang keinerlei Störung. Das Bett war bequem, ich konnte super schlafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab kostenlos Wasser und Kaffee. Die Tiefgarage ist nicht öffentlich, was mir ein gutes Sicherheitsgefühl gegeben hat. Der Preis fürs parken ist für Köln wirklich super fair. Die Lobby ist mit gemütlichen Möbeln ausgestattet und lädt zum verweilen ein, wäre da nicht die nervige Musik. Rund um das Hotel Supermärkte und jede Menge Gastronomie.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Größere Zimmer gibt es nicht. Ich habe wirklich nirgendwo eine Ecke für meine Yogamatte finden können. Keine Abstellmöglichkeit im Bad. Der Teppich im Flur unschön voller Flecken. Der Frühstücksbereich war zu klein und es wurde nicht zügig genug nachgefüllt. Nervige Technomusik in der Lounge schon beim Frühstück. Ich war dankbar für meine Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer. Das Eigelsteinviertel muss man mögen. Ich wusste, worauf ich mich einlasse. Für Alleinreisende Frauen grundsätzlich vielleicht gewöhnungsbedürftig. insgesamt fand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leicht zu Teuer selbst für Köln.

Breakfast was good , but no option for coffee in your room, mission to go all the way to reception to get coffee in the morning.

Cons:

Lol, single duvets on a double bed were so uncomfortable.

One male staff member was so rude and unprofessional that I even asked for the manager’s contact details. Of course, no manager was available.

It was a mission having to go all the way to reception in the morning just to get a coffee, as there was no tea, coffee, or even water available in the rooms.

The location wasn’t great either—the street was full of junkies.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral. Das junge dynamische Team war äußerst freundlich. Man hat in der Lobby kostenlos Wasser bekommen und zu bestimmten Zeiten kostenlos Kaffee. Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über eine Dachterasse was gerade abends sehr schön ist mit Blick über Köln.
