Uygun konum, temiz ve kompakt. Personelin geneli iyi ancak bize asabi ve alkollü olan tesadüf etti.

Check-in tam bir fiyasko oldu. 2 kişi 2 ayrı oda rezerve etmiştik. Arkadaşımın odasını bulamadı görevli (aşırı alkolden olabilir çünkü bize kadar geliyordu kokusu). Bize beklememizi söyledi. Yarım saat bekledik lobide sonra sormaya gittiğimizde unuttum pardon dedi. Biz tepki gösterince beğenmiyorsanız başka otele gidebilirsiniz dedi!!!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt besser eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

Cons:

Die Schmutzigen Teppiche in den Fluren und die geringen Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, etwas überteuert.

Il est super bien placé, très proche de la gare et du métro Köln HBF, et proche de petit restaurant, vraiment rien à dire ! Et en plus selon où vous êtes mis, vous pouvez appercevoir le dôme de Cologne 😊 c'est super agréable tard le soir

Excellent city centre stay, again.
Pros:

I have stayed at this Urban Loft multiple times now and consider it my go to, especially when arriving late into the Hauptbahnhof. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are well appointed, comfortable, modern and clean. This time I was on the 2nd floor facing the street and was pleasantly surprised at the lack of noise.
+ of course this is Germany so what shouldn't be considered a plus, the air conditioning, was much appreciated esepcially as colleagues staying in other hotels were complaining about not having any at all, yes, in 2026.

Cons:

If I had to list one downside of this hotel it would be the immediate area/vicinity, in fact this was the first time in my 2 years of regular use of this hotel where I felt the need to be extra vigilant/cautious in the street outside - however with enough common sense and awareness it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour à l’URBAN LOFT Cologne.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé : il se trouve à seulement 8 minutes à pied de la gare et à environ 15 minutes de la cathédrale de Cologne Cathedral, ce qui permet de visiter facilement la ville.
L’établissement est récent, moderne et très propre. Ma chambre était impeccable, tout comme la salle de bain, qui ne présentait aucune trace de moisissure ni d’éléments usagés. Le lit était également très confortable, ce qui a contribué à rendre le séjour agréable.

Le seul point négatif est la proximité de la rue où se trouvent plusieurs bars et restaurants, ce qui peut générer du bruit en soirée. Heureusement, l’isolation phonique de la chambre est excellente et atténue très efficacement les nuisances sonores.
Dans l’ensemble, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et je n’hésiterai pas à y réserver de nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour à Cologne
