It was good but the lacking must be filled. I would choose it again. Please slippers :)

Location was good. The bedding set was comfortable. The employees were helpful.

Cons:

There were no slippers. They must have been slippers. It was supposed to be a sewing kit. The rooftop needs further development.

Ich habe bereits zweimal im Urban Loft Köln übernachtet und würde es wieder tun!
Pros:

Das Standard DZ mit Terrasse ist für 1 Person in Ordnung, für 2 Personen sehr eng. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut, Bett sehr bequem, trotz Bahngleisnähe sehr ruhig bei geschlossenem Fenster. Einrichtung modern, Bad zweckmässig. Für 1-2 Nächte perfekt. Vom Bahnhof gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Freundliches Personal am Empfang.

Cons:

Die Lage im Bahnhofsviertel ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Der „Garten“ vor der Terrasse besteht aus kniehohem Unkraut und ist ungepflegt.
Befremdent ist die Bezahlung ausschliesslich mit Kreditkarte, ohne Rechnung, die erst nach der Abreiss per Email zugestellt wird, es hatte aber alles seine Ordnung.

Good location near station with large rooms
Pros:

Great location near station, large room, comfortable bed, free coffee in the morning, good value for money

Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen und weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und trotzdem preiswert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, beim Check-In wurden wir herzlich begrüßt. Das beste war an den Zimmer war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Bei knapp 40° draußen war es ein Traum im Zimmer bei 20° zu schlafen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Punkt der uns gestört hat war, dass im Zimmer leider kein Kühlschrank vorhanden war/ist und die Getränke trotz kühlerem Raumklima schnell warm wurden.

Für einen Städtetrip sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft,alles sehr sauber,nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Toll,dass wir am Anreisetag vorher einchecken konnten. Besonders hat uns gefallen,dass man rund um die Uhr in der Lobby Trinkwasser bekam,gerade bei den heißen Temperaturen ein besonderes Plus
