Overall it was pleasant stay
Pros:

as an Indian, I didnt enjoyed the brfeafast much, as thee were few choices of Indian food, the taste could be much improved. location was just fine.

Cons:

I didnt received my refund, its morethan a month now.

Overpriced stay
Pros:

To know another part of Dubai. It was fairly close to the metro.

- fresh juice at the breakfast.

Breakfast
I ordered with breakfast included. I expected a proper English or American breakfast. The sausage were cooked or steamed, not fried. I ordered scrambled eggs. They came out raw. From a European perspective it was very disappointing. It assembled very little of how we expect an English or American breakfast.
The chia pudding was also way too watery, compared to Europe.


It was pointless to ask the concierge. About restaurants etc.

The pool was under construction, so it couldn't be used. Yet I paid full price.
Full price for the stay, without pool facility. Full price for a breakfast that was slightly below mediocre.

Overall it would have been a pleasant stay if the breakfast was with authentic scrambled eggs, some real Bacon and pork sausage. Scrambled eggs was just incredibly disappointed, it was way too runny. You asked yourself ifIf the cook ever had scrambled eggs at home.

Overall fair!
Pros:

The breakfast was not bad, but options were very limited. I noticed that for all three days of my stay, there were no dates available in the nuts and dry fruits section. Since dates are a staple everywhere in the UAE, it felt really strange not to have them offered at breakfast.

Cons:

1. The iron in my room was completely faulty. As soon as I turned it on, it tripped the fuse and cut all the electricity to the room. This felt really risky, and I think you should replace these with safe, branded irons.

2. It was really difficult to use my appliances since they aren't from the UAE. It would be a huge help if you could install at least one universal socket or port in the rooms.

3. The towels looked really worn out and overused. Even though I didn't use them myself, they really need to look fresh, white, and clean for the room's aesthetic.

4. The TV setup is pretty outdated. Nobody really wants to watch standard channels anymore, so upgrading to a Smart TV where guests can stream content would be a great improvement.

5. I really didn't like the dotted design on the windows. Looking through it is very straining on the eyes, and a simple, plain tint would look much better.

6. The black metallic rod structure around TV and next to the wardrobe feels totally useless consumes space and doesn't look good at all. To be honest when I saw the pics of the room on booking.com that structure put me off.

Great
Pros:

Its was our second stay here, as before meticulously clean , great price for connecting rooms including breakfast. Staff was nice, professional, it took time for check in but waiting was okay with cookies the gave and great lobby . Breakfast was good , lots of varieties

Cons:

Keep in mind pool is extremely cold . Kids and adult pool are freezing, would be nice to keep temp a bit higher because its not a pleasant “cool” its too cold . Washroom had sewage smell , especially if we went out from the room for some time and came back
