Lage und Personal war wunderbar, Zimmer jedoch etwas dürftig.

Die Lage war wunderbar.

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommen. Bad hatte Schimmel? Flecken. Türe von der Duschkabine ist das Glas rausgefallen. Wandhacken für Jacken war notdürftig befestigt.

舒适温馨！美丽！
Pros:

位置不错，距离火车站近，而且有电梯，2楼有观景台，可以眺望到湖和教堂，房间大小也很好，很温馨，还有贴心准备的水，还有很多游玩攻略。楼下可以吃东西，还能买一包特产咖啡，每天都有自助咖啡和当地的苹果，总体都比苏黎世好不知道多少倍。

Skvělá poloha (výhled na jezero a blízko nádraží). Rychlá reakce při příjezdu. Pohodlná postel a klid v hotelu. Rád se sem ještě vrátím.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, good location.
Pros:

Very close to the train station, made it easy to use it as a way to get to other towns

Cons:

The light on the building across the street went on at odd hours of the night. Seemed random, but it lit up our room. I’m sure it could be addressed with the owner of the sign.

Gute Lage, für das Gebotene völlig überteuert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, das angeschlossene Kaffee gemütlich, die Einrichtung dort ist sehr ansprechend, das Frühstück top.

Cons:

Wir hatte die Ferienwohnung im Nachbarhaus, welche renoviert wurde. Die alten Hölzer und Fliesen wurden weiß überstrichen, so dass alles auf den ersten Blick gut aussieht.
Auf den zweiten Blick ist es weniger schön, die Dusche ist alt und sieht furchtbar aus, der Duschschlauch war völlig defekt, so dass das Wasser irgendwohin spritzte, siehe Bild, das Video mit dem verkeimten Schlauch läßt sich leider nicht hochladen. Wir reden von einer Ferienwohnung für 450 Euro die Nacht!!!!

Comfortable stay, beautiful view, but the terrace was very disappointing.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, and the feather pillow was a particular treat. The welcome drink was an unexpected and generous gesture while we waited to check in. The view from the hotel was also splendid.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the terrace did not reflect the cleanliness and care of the hotel’s interior. When we arrived, a bag containing empty bottles and leaking food had been left on the table by the previous guests. The tables and chairs were in disarray, and there were cigarette butts on the ground. After I informed reception, a staff member came promptly to remove the bag and clean the table, which I appreciated, although the remaining area was left unattended.

The coffee machine was not working when we arrived, and the kettle could also benefit from being replaced.

I also accidentally left a nightdress in the bathroom. When I contacted the hotel, I was told that nothing had been found and was advised to check again among my belongings. As I had travelled directly home and knew where I had left it, I found the response rather dismissive and would have appreciated a more helpful follow-up.

Charming hotel with great staff
Pros:

The manager on duty was outstanding! She made a special effort to make our return to the train station very easy—on a day when the streets were blocked because of the festival. I wish all managers had her “how can I help you?” attitude. She made our stay a joy.

Nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit Blick auf den Thunersee

Die Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet. Im Flour ist ein Kühlschrank, sowie Cafe, Tee und ein Wasserkocher. Das Frühstück war lecker mit gute regionalen Produkten
