Tutto perfetto, personale super disponibile, alla reception addetti eccezionali:gentili, disponibili, professionali e veramente accoglienti, i camerieri gentilissimi, struttura pulita, bella, abbiamo cenato sulla meravigliosa terrazza panoramica al tramonto, veramente emozionante. Piatti sobri, curati e squisiti. Un ringraziamento speciale alle ragazze della reception nei confronti delle quali saremo sempre grati perché hanno aiutato mio figlio a risolvere un problema personale, persone dal cuore grande. La struttura in se è stupenda, lo consiglio. Letti comodissimi con topper.

Struttura di ottimo livello, camera accogliente pulita e con un design moderno, bellissima posizione sul golfo di Napoli ,terrazza colazione/ristorante WOW, personale molto disponibile e gentile

Cons:

Poco, unico neo , siccome la struttura si trova in cima alla collina a picco sul mare, ci sono pochi servizi trasporto pubblici per spostarsi comodamente verso Pozzuoli o verso Napoli senza utilizzare la macchina, l’hotel mette a disposizione una navetta dalle ore 9 alle 17 ma non è sufficiente

Loved that our taxi driver drove us up the mountain to view the volcano. Food was excellent as was the coffee. Staff was exceptionally nice, spoke good English and so helpful with any questions we had,
