便利で、快適。
Pros:

バスタブがあり、給湯、排水ともにとても良かった。冷蔵庫、エアコン、完備で快適に過ごせる。
パディントン駅に近く、ヒースロウ空港の朝早い便に便利。

Cons:

タオル交換が3-4日ごとなので、気をつけた。ゴミ箱にポリ袋が入っていないので、自分の袋をつかった。

We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The location was superb! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was functional, but there were two separate faucets in the sink, so you could either wash your hands in scalding water or freezing water. The shower was fine, though.

Great location, very nice staff would stay again
Pros:

Location was perfect 6 minute walk to Paddington station , Hyde Park a 3 minute walk . Staff were very nice and helpful in reception and bar , room was very clean and breakfast was nice and you could purchase water and chocolate etc down at reception and some souvenirs.

Cons:

We stayed when there was the really hot record temperatures and there was no A/C in room but there was a plug in fan in the room and that kept us cool through the night , no water to drink in room like other hotels have.

Nice wee stay....
Pros:

The location was good for what we were visiting for. Staff were friendly & helpful. 🙂

Cons:

It was exceptionally hot weather when we visited & there was no air conditioning on our floor. There was a fan in the room, but it's not quite the same. As it was hot, we had to have the window open & the street was very noisy the nights that we stayed. ☹️

No air-conditioning...room was roasting despite the fan ..bar only opens for a couple of hours no good to irish people

Pros:

Super Frühstücksbuffet, war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Prima auch der Kaffeeautomat. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.
Die Nähe zum Kensington und Hyde Park. Auch zur U Bahn Station Lancaster Gate ,nur fünf gehminuten.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett, für zwei Personen extrem schmal.

Great location. 10 minutes from Paddington station and 10 minutes from Hyde park. Very close to everything we needed. Staff very pleasant.

Very convenient hotel in a nice area
Pros:

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights to attend a concert in Hyde Park. Very convenient to the park, in a lovely area. We had air conditioning which was a major bonus in a heat wave! Beds were so comfortable. We travelled by train from Heathrow to Paddington, the hotel is less than a 10 min walk from the station.

Cons:

The rooms were compact but enough for us as we spent very little time in the room. The breakfast was just ok. Don’t know if I would pay to include it as there are lots of nice cafes in the area.
