Bien placé mais literie très moyenne
Pros:

Bien placé près de Paddington/Hyde Park

Cons:

Le matelas était très mou au pont qu’il se pliait sur lui même sur les bords du lit, ce qui fait qu’il était assez facile de tomber du lit (surtout qu’il s’agissait de lit de 140 double)
Prévoyez des boules quies si vous êtes sensible au bruit (bruit d’eau et de rue)

Odada üç yıldızlı bir otelde olması gereken mini buzdolabı yoktu. Banyoda küvet olmasına karşın duş başlığı sabit ve yerinden çıkmıyordu. Yatakların yayları arızalıydı ve hiç konforlu değildi. Bunun dışında konumu, çalışanların tutumu ve genel temizlik yapısı gayet iyiydi konaklanabilir ama bu fiyatlar için daha iyisi bulunabilir.

Nice hotel in a great location. A favourite.
Pros:

The location is great, handy for buses to Victoria, Westminster, Oxford Street.......and for the Tube at Lancaster Gate or Paddington. The hotel is in a quirky little street with cafes and an excellent Italian restaurant. It's lovely to go for a morning walk in Kensington Gardens or just look at the fountains and the birds.
The staff are always welcoming and it was nice to get an upgrade to a room with a fridge. The beds are really comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom door was difficult to close and I would have liked a non-slip mat in the bath when having a shower. There is no means of drying the towels so they weren't doing their job by the second day.
I didn't like the breakfast, the brown toast bread tasted strange and the coffee was awful, in spite of being Lavazza.

Pros:

It is a nice property with a great ambience, adequate facilities and excellent location near Paddington Station, and at 5 min walking distance from Hyde Park. The room was fairly spacious, with a window and all facilities as mentioned. The front desk staff was very warm, courteous and prompt. The best part was the daily cleaning and housekeeping, and immediate response to any problem, which I had actually not expected😊
Highly recommended!

Cons:

Everything was nice. Nothing which I disliked about the property.
The only shortcoming I felt was slightly small size of the bed.

Pros:

The location was great and the room was quiet. It also had usb and lightening cable plugs for easy charging, which was helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is very old but relatively clean. The staff was not very helpful, waters weren't provided on days 2-3 as promised, no room service, and reception staff who are not knowledgeable about restaurants/pubs in the area...
