- Put in a connecting room which had some extremely noisy neighbours up partying until post 2am. Did call reception but unsure if they did anything. We also had another person with us so not sure why we connected with strangers and he was across the hall?
I loved everything about this hotel. I had really been looking forward to staying here and it did not disappoint. The rooms were fantastic. The outside area was gorgeous and amazing for relaxing with a drink. I was lucky that they were doing free luggage tag branding on the day we checked in which made it extra special. I can’t wait to go back! They also let us check in early which was great as we were heading to the rodeo.
Absolument tout. L'hôtel est exceptionnel !! Il est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, confortables et tellement bien décorées. L'hôtel dispose de bars, d'un restaurant, d'une boutique ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel était très accueillant. Nous avions pris le service de voiturier et c'était impeccable. Notre séjour a été inoubliable. Nous voulons déjà y retourner !!

I struggled a bit to get availability at the main restaurant and some table requests adjusted. the young hostess team can improve in guest experience

Hotel is in amazing location near everything.
I thought the cost of room was not justified. Decorum was SW and nice but rooms are very very small. No place for luggage to be placed to unpack or pack. Two people could bot at same time move about room.
Stayed 2 nights, we both loved the Hotel, room was very nice and the furnishings are very very nice. Room was super clean and the whole Hotel and Staff just give this place a nice atmosphere…..
97 West is one of the best Restaurants we’ve been toooo , for Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner and 2nd Breakfast, the portions are huge and the Chicken Fried Bacon is to die for….
Our Waiter was great on all occasions, jus good old Texas Hospitality….
I agree with the previous reviews that the decor is nice, but the bad taste left in your mouth is the staff. Especially the front desk staff. 3 different front desk people were all rude. These employees need to go work at a happier place or be coached by management on how to treat guests. I’ve had better hospitality at cheaper hotels in New York and California. Sad to say these are fellow Texans from their hospitality. This place is not worth the high price!
