Great hotel in good location with very helpful staff

Very Nice
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time. Restaurant was very well and valet was hospitable when there were no other staff to bring our bags to the room. We did not have to ask for this either. I left my telephone in my car and a valet boy named Jacob retrieved it for me. Very respectable location with lots of activities around it. The pool was also very nice and not too cold.

Amazing Valet

Although I’m a little late in leaving this review, I couldn’t let more time pass without recognizing the exceptional service I received at the valet at Hotel Drover.

Richard D. went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on providing outstanding guest service. In all of my travels, this was honestly some of the best valet service I’ve ever experienced.

What stood out most was the personal attention and care Richard and the entire valet team showed throughout my stay. They made every arrival and departure seamless and always greeted me with a positive attitude and a smile. It’s rare to encounter service that leaves such a lasting impression, but this team did exactly that.

I look forward to returning to the Fort Worth area, and one of the reasons is knowing I’ll have the opportunity to see Richard and his team again. Thank you for setting such a high standard for hospitality and making my stay even more enjoyable.
