Each apartment has only 1 pet (dog or cat);

Four-legged friends must be medium-sized (up to 24 in tall and a maximum of 25kg);

The person responsible for the pet must present the updated vaccination card;

The permanence of pets is restricted to the apartments. When you need to move your pet through the hotel's elevators and social areas, keep it on a leash or use boxes or bags for transport;

Please note that the price for a pet is R$ 70,00.

The cleaning of residues is the owner's responsibility;

In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, a fee will be charged from the person responsible for maintenance of the damaged furniture;

Pros:

Facilidade no check-in, bom estacionamento, segurança no acesso ao quarto, elevadores rápidos, ar condicionado central no quarto é um grande diferencial. Gostamos da limpeza tanto da acomodação quanto do hotel, é tudo limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã em horário excepcional e tudo delicioso. Primeiro café de hotel sem gosto de queimado! Tem restaurante à disposição num horário estendido também.
Amamos e com certeza iremos voltar.

Cons:

A princípio não consigo encontrar algo que não tenha nos agradado. Gostaria de um cashback para voltar a me hospedar já que pretendemos ir de 2 em 2 meses.

Se precisa muito descansar pela manhã, sugiro procurar outra acomodação.

Limpeza muito precária. Havia "bolos" de cabelo atrás da porta no chão do quarto quando chegamos para nos instalar.
Para quem quer dormir até mais tarde, o hotel deixa muito a desejar no quesito barulho. A partir das 8h30 já começamos a ouvir a equipe de camareiras arrastando móveis e batendo portas, sem cuidado algum com os hóspedes que ainda se encontram nos quartos. O isolamento acústico entre andares e entre quartos e corredores é insuficiente.
