We have the following policies for receiving your pet friend:

Each apartment has only 1 pet (dog or cat);

Four-legged friends must be medium-sized (up to 24 in tall and a maximum of 25kg);

The person responsible for the pet must present the updated vaccination card;

The permanence of pets is restricted to the apartments. When you need to move your pet through the hotel's elevators and social areas, keep it on a leash or use boxes or bags for transport;

Please note that the price for a pet is R$ 70,00.

The cleaning of residues is the owner's responsibility;

In case of damage to the apartment caused by the pet, a fee will be charged from the person responsible for maintenance of the damaged furniture;

The person responsible for the pet must complete the liability waiver upon check-in.

Pros:

Recepção calorosa, ótimo atendimento.
Cama confortável. Ducha maravilhosa, boa pressão e regulagem de temperatura super fácil.
TV Smart, cortina blackout. Tomada perto da cama.
Café da manhã excelente! Boa variedade, Tudo muito, muito gostoso. Fabuloso.
Comida no restaurante saborosa em geral.

Cons:

Achei o quarto muito escuro só tem iluminação com abajur. O ar condicionado o controle é na parede, nada prático. Amenities super básicos , shampoo e condicionador 2 em 1. Senti muita falta de azeite... pimenta... pedi, mas disseram que não tinha. somente no último jantar, sem eu pedir, aí veio tudo, molho tabasco, azeite... vai entender.
