O ar condicionado não funcionou e faltou xampu. Mas a camareira e a recepção trouxeram o xampu logo após solicitado.

Boa estadia, nível de limpeza e conforto melhor do que outras redes, localização excelente.
Pros:

Assim como os outros hotéis da rede Intercity, o quarto e as roupas de cama estavam bem limpos, assim como o banheiro. O serviço de quarto trocou todas as toalhas em todos os dias. O café da manhã era bem decente mas típico de hotel, nada estragado ou ruim. Variedade de sucos, frutas e frios. O check-in e o check-out foram rápidos. A localização é excelente, bem perto do shopping e de vários outros comércios.

Cons:

Muito barulho de manhã por conta das camareiras. Móveis sendo arrastados constantemente, o que não permitiu dormir além do horário das 7h da manhã. O restaurante do hotel não serve uma comida tão boa no jantar, mas os atendentes foram prestativos e compreensivos com feedbacks negativos.

Excelente localização. Instalações novas. Toalhas e lençóis novos e limpos. Equipe simpática. Excelente Café da Manhã.

Cons:

Não gostei de não ter a possibilidade de parcelar o pagamento da reserva no momento do check-in. Tive que fazer o pagamento à vista no cartão de crédito.
