I wouldn’t return
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Staff were unfriendly, seemed disgruntled. We stayed in the suite for 5 nights and eventually avoided interacting with front staff. Only one staff member stood out (the gentleman who eventually assisted us with checkin). For some reason when they cleaned the suite they left the dishes for us to do ourselves. At almost $600 per night you would think they would wash up a few glasses/mugs and turn over the unit. The coffee machine belongs in a museum.

A very pleasant surprise, we will be back!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, daily room service was very nice and the complimentary breakfast buffet was a good selection and was clean and fresh

A good stay in downtown Kelowna
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable and a nice stay.

Cons:

The shower pressure was not good at all.

TV system was not working and the guide was not loading. The remote only had one battery which had to be replaced after checking in.

The Staff was into the BC Lions festivities - which we traveled for. Everyone was very friendly! We felt comfortable in the hotel with our baby.
