Ok, though will never come back

Cons:

Loud. Connecting doors between rooms make this hotel rather badly soundproof.
They don‘t follow their own dog policy. Dogs should only be on 2nd floor. Ppl though sneak in dogs, and the stafg does not really care about it.

Pros:

The best hotel stay in BC that I have ever had. Amazing staff, very helpful and kind. Fantastic breakfast and food. Clean, well kept rooms, gym and pool.

Stay here!
Pros:

Best hotel in Kelowna. Big rooms, comfy beds, excellent breakfast. TV and AC worked great, and they still do daily housekeeping without you asking. I gave housekeeping $5 a day because their room refresh is the best.

Great hotel. Close to wineries, golf, shopping, restaurants. Friendly staff and clean room. Room is spacious. Room has a fridge and microwave.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Staff were unfriendly, seemed disgruntled. We stayed in the suite for 5 nights and eventually avoided interacting with front staff. Only one staff member stood out (the gentleman who eventually assisted us with checkin). For some reason when they cleaned the suite they left the dishes for us to do ourselves. At almost $600 per night you would think they would wash up a few glasses/mugs and turn over the unit. The coffee machine belongs in a museum.
