Pros:

The room in Hyatt Place is cozy & very clean.
We love our room but staying only one night as we have to go to another city.
Location is also good with supermarket & restaurants close by.

Pros:

Staff were super accommodating - helped me get stuff to my room, allowed me to check in early, gave us adjoining rooms
Good location for the things we were doing - 15 min to airport, beach, downtown, superstore
Great AC

Cons:

Sofa beds were quite uncomfortable and would've been pretty squishy if we had to share them.
It was a bit loud hallway wise but we understood there was a kids football tournament that weekend so tons of kids around.

Breakfast was adequate and location is excellent

Cons:

The rooms are very noisy - we were kept up until 2:30AM by the adjoining room. The walls are the least soundproof of any hotel I have stayed in recently.

Perfekter Service!
Pros:

Der Service am Checkin und Checkout war sehr freundlich! Wir haben es sehr genossen hier! Das Schwimmbad hat zwei Becken wovon auch eines nicht heiß ist, aber auch nicht eiskalt. Super!

Cons:

It was so loud, possibly one of the loudest hotels I have stayed at in recent years. You can clearly hear people above and beside you as well as in the hallway. And the traffic noise was extreme, very busy highways and roads on every side with no effort to mitigate the sounds.
