Pros:

Super Lage, Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend. Kühlschrank mit Getränken, sowie Snacks auf Vertrauensbasis

Cons:

War schon sehr hellhörig. Badezimmer etwas eng.
Matratzen waren uns zu weich.

Eigentlich nur die Lage.
Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen

Cons:

Das Personal war zwar freundlich, sprach aber kaum deutsch.
Die Küche im Appartement war eigentlich nicht nutzbar.
Backofen funktionierte nicht, für den Wasserkocher gab es keine Steckdose in küchennahe, keine Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle vorhanden und Geschirr zum Teil nur für eine Person.
Die Fenster waren zum Teil nicht dicht oder ließen sich nicht ganz schließen.

Top Personal und beste Lage.
Pros:

Freundliche Begrüßung, sehr nettes Personal.
Frühstück war sehr gut und lecker. Es wurde immer wieder nachgelegt. Personal war, wie gesagt sehr gut.
Zimmer ok, in die Jahre gekommen.
Lage war top!!

Cons:

Kleine Reparaturarbeiten sind nötig.
Mückenschutz an den Fenstern fehlt.
Sonst ok.

Insgesamt durchaus empfehlenswertes Haus, aber schon ziemlich teuer.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings teilweise nahezu ohne deutsche Sprachkenntnisse. Man musste sein Anliegen in das Smartphone des Personals sprechen (wie gesagt, nur teilweise), damit es von dortiger Seite verstanden wurde.

Die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich, sehr gut.
Das Badezimmer war sehr groß und damit in gewisser Weise luxuriös, zudem in modernem Stil, sehr gut.

Insgesamt durchaus empfehlenswertes Haus, aber schon ziemlich teuer und Preis/Leistung daher meiner Einschätzung nach eher nicht so gut.
Vor allem das Frühstück verbesserungswürdig.
Nettes, sympathisches Personal, aber Kommunikation eingeschränkt.

Cons:

Das Bewerben des Frühstücks mit "außergewöhnlich gut" oder ähnlichem ist nicht gerechtfertigt bzw nicht nachvollziehbar.
Das Frühstück war "okay", der Kaffee recht gut.
Aber mehr als "okay" war das Frühstück insgesamt nicht.
Dürftige Brötchenauswahl, schon lange vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nur noch eine Sorte von einfachen hellen Aufbackbrötchen vorhanden.
Wurstscheiben lieblos vermischt präsentiert. Vielleicht waren sie auch "okay", es war für mich nicht ansprechend davon zu probieren, obwohl ich durchaus recht viel Wurst, Schinken etc esse.

Kein Aufzug, schwieriger Koffertransport in das Dachgeschoss.
Aber okay, das ist sicherlich bei historischen Häusern nicht anders zu machen und insofern okay.

Insgesamt durchaus empfehlenswertes Haus, aber schon ziemlich teuer und Preis/Leistung daher meiner Einschätzung nach eher nicht so gut.
Vor allem das Frühstück verbesserungswürdig.
Nettes, sympathisches Personal, aber Kommunikation eingeschränkt.

wir hatten ein Appartement. Die Größe war gut, die Einrichtung aber zusammengewürfelt.
Das Bad war alt, Dusche soweit ok. Der Toilettensitz war fleckig und kaputt. Fenster waren teilweise
schimmelig.
