Pros:

The room was nice. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Great idea to do a theme room on Belgian comic books. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

駅からも近く、素晴らしい。食堂にあるコーヒーがいつでも飲めた。到着後に行ったら、たまたまかもしれませんが、チョコレートクロワッサンが置いてあって、無料でした。部屋にアニメの絵が描いてあったり、子ども用のスペースがあったり、可愛らしくて素敵なホテルでした。

Cons:

入り口が少しわかりにくかった。冷蔵庫もあればよかった。

Great location, not so clean, hard to access
Pros:

Great location, comfy beds, air-conditioning worked really well. It was nice to be on the top floor (rare when you book a twin room). Very close to tram, train station, shops, food etc.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty - poop on the wall near the toilet, other guests shampoo/soap caked on to the shower walls. Access was a bit tricky - the hotel is hidden down an alley between two buildings with a boom gate you can go through, so if you drive in, you have to reverse out because you can't access the reception by car. And the parking for the hotel is a different entrance. That's the only reason I marked this place down a bit. Otherwise it was the usual Ibis quality.

Pros:

We ended up here because of a last-minute issue with another hostel-they hadn’t left the key available for us, so we had to find a new place to stay at almost midnight. I’m actually very glad we did!

We had a very pleasant stay, and the night receptionist was super cool and helpful. I only wish I had asked his name. Their parking was full when we arrived, but we easily found a good parking garage within about a five-minute walk.

Overall, I’m really happy with the experience. It’s a nice city and a very good hotel.

And if you like comic books, there’s an extra treat: each room is beautifully decorated around a Belgian comic-book character, and books by the featured authors are also available to read. It gives the hotel a really fun and distinctive character.
