An excellent hotel, comfortable, clean, great breakfast and a good location for exploring Seville

Cons:

One very minor criticism would to have more than 1 tea bag in a double room with 2 guests, but that is being very picky.

Hotel cómodo, bien ubicado. Personal poco amable
Pros:

La habitación fue muy cómoda, limpia y espaciosa. La cama muy buena y cómoda, el baño muy lindo también con buena ducha.

Cons:

El desayuno si bien estaba completo y rico, era incómodo. Fue difícil encontrar las cosas porque estaban repartidas en tres espacios diferentes. Las máquinas de café andaban mal. El personal que estaba presente en el desayuno hablaba fuerte y no estaba atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

En la recepción del hotel pedimos ayuda para sacar unos boletos de tren ya que teníamos problemas para hacerlo desde el celular y no mostraron interés alguno en darnos una mano.

Pros:

Struttura stupenda situata nel cuore di Siviglia, a due passi dalla cattedrale e dalla Setas! Colazione top, camera favolosa, personale molto gentile. Se dovessi tornare a Siviglia soggiornerei sicuramente ancora presso questo meraviglioso hotel!

Cons:

There is no window in suit apartment (window is looking inside the building). There were insects in bathroom. We asked additional blankets 4 times, but they didn’t provide it.
