Pros:

Staff was friendly, air conditioning worked great, location was convenient.

Cons:

The toilet paper holder in my room was hanging on by a thread, there was long black hair in my shower and on the floor of my bathroom. The breakfast, which in the has been excellent at other Hampton Inns, and was one of the reasons I booked there, was lacking variety, and choices, and quality.

Awesome visit at Home 2 Suites
Pros:

My husband &I stayed at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton at Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. From the time we entered the front doors you felt welcomed. Staff are very professional friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast in the morning was hot, fresh and selection with a variety of morning goodness. I would like to make a shout out to Pamala and Carlos for preparing, presenting and cleaning the breakfast section so immaculately.
Thank you 🙏🏽 for all your hard work and making us feel like we’re at home .

Rude front desk staff
Pros:

Stayed here because of location convenience, but were treated very poorly by the front desk staff. The manager in particular was extremely rude. Will not stay here again even though we have reasons to be there fairly regularly. There are plenty of other places to stay.

Die Nähe zum Kreuzfahrthafen und Hertz Abgabestelle gegenüber.

Cons:

Wir haben am Abend eingecheckt und hatte noch eine Aktivität gebucht. Wir waren 4 Personen und mussten beim Zimmer betreten feststellen, dass das Sofa nicht hergerichtet war. Lediglich ein Lacken und Kissen lag auf dem Sofa.
Als wir kurze Zeit später das Hotel verlassen haben, habe ich an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass das Schlafsofa nicht vorbereitet ist und sie es bitte noch erledigen.
Wir sind nachts um 00:30 zurückgekommen, müde und wollten schlafen gehen. Aber es hatte sich nichts verändert, Sofa weiterhin nicht gemacht.
Daraufhin bin ich erneut an die Rezeption, dort wurde mir gesagt, dass man es selbst erledigen muss. Das finde ich schon eine Frechheit, mir wurde fertig gerichtetes Bettzeug in die Hand gedrückt und das war es dann. Ist mir tatsächlich noch nie passiert.
Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war auch eine reine Katastrophe. Pappteller, ungenießbare Milch. Keine wirkliches Auswahl. Zum Glück konnten wir kurz später auf dem Schiff einchecken. Mit Sicherheit werde ich dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen.

A great stay!
Pros:

We are staying at the Hampton Inn & Suite Cape Canaveral cruise port Cape Canaveral, Florida. We dined at the pool and had an amazing experience thanks to Felix and staff. The food arrived hot and taste the atmosphere was warm
And inviting the rooms are spacious and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience.
