Cruise Port made easy! Early vibes.
Pros:

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel for cruise departures. We really enjoy the pool & bar area. Renee and the team do a great job ensuring everyone gets a great vacation vibe especially when in cruise mode. She always provides great recommendations for off site options and all have been wonderful.

Front desk this time was a little different as we ended up with 2 different reservations and after several attempts to ensure no disruption- we still had issue. We were leaving the property after already telling housekeeping we had 2nd night. Had to come back and talk to front desk and go through it all again. This could have been prevented. She was pleasant enough so it was fine.

Ease of location to port is the best!!
Bar service always with a smile and table service delivered for food.

Definitely be back!

Overall good, would stay somewhere else though. Parking was limited too.
Pros:

Close to port Canaveral to board cruise ship

Cons:

Shower not clean, tables and countertops dirty. Parking was limited due to 2 hotels merging into one space using 1 parking lot.

Pros:

What a hole

Showed up at 6:30 and was told room wasn’t ready and “maverick” at the front desk couldn’t tell me when it would be available. Frickin really???? I paid to stay at a hotel where I can check in at 4:00 but wasn’t able to check in until almost 8:00.
For our room, the a/c didn’t work. We’re now past 9:00pm, just drove 10 hours, tired, now cranky and what a garbage start to a vacation. Save your vacation and don’t stay here. We stayed here and paid a lot more than other options for apparently no reason because I’ve stayed much cheaper places and they’ve been a lot better.

A comfortable experience.
Pros:

I like that breakfast is available and the location is super convenient to cruise ports.

Cons:

The rooms weren’t very clean. Some of the towels were dirty and there was hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to any member of my family.
