Reinigung kann vereinbart werden, die Lage, große Dusche, extra Kaffee Shop gleich daneben ,

Die hohen Parkgebühr und fast keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck schnell vom Auto ins Hotel zu bringen,

Zimmer in Ordnung, Frühstück gut.

Ich wurde beim Check-In darauf hingewiesen, dass ich bis Montag früh mein Elektrofahrzeug vor dem Hotel bis 10.00 parken könne, wenn ich es lade. Dass ich trotzdem Parkgebühren zahlen muss, wurde nicht erwähnt und es war auch nicht erkennbar, da der Parkplatz nur grün und nicht mit gut sichtbarer blauer Kurzparkzonenmarkierung markiert ist, sondern nur "Halten und Parken verboten außer Elektrofahrzeuge während des Ladevorgangs" gekennzeichnet ist. Die Reaktion des Ibis-Personals auf meine Reklamation, nachdem ich eine Parkstrafe erhielt, war aus meiner Sicht ungenügend und beschränkte sich auf bloßes Bedauern. Es wäre ja kein Problem, den Parkplatz so zu kennzeichnen, dass erkennbar ist, dass es eine Kurzparkzone ist, damit es nicht anderen Gästen ähnlich ergeht.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Als Anregung: Beim Frühstück wäre etwas mehr Servicebereitschaft, z. B. b
Pros:

Grundsätzlich hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Da wir leider nur eine Nacht dort waren, konnten wir das Hotel nicht umfassender kennenlernen. Umso bedauerlicher war es, dass ausgerechnet beim Frühstück der Service einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Frühstück einen enttäuschenden Service. Obwohl das Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inkludiert war, war es nicht möglich, einen Kaffee mit erwärmter Pflanzenmilch zu erhalten. Stattdessen wurde ich gebeten, selbst in den Coffeeshop im Erdgeschoss zu gehen, um die Pflanzenmilch zu erwärmen und mir den Kaffee zuzubereiten.
Besonders unverständlich war, dass ich den Kaffee im Coffeeshop hätte extra bezahlen müssen, wenn er dort für mich zubereitet worden wäre – obwohl das Frühstück bereits inklusive war. Es wirkt daher so, als hätte man keine Lösung finden wollen, anstatt die Pflanzenmilch kurz im Bereich des Frühstücks zu erwärmen. Schade, denn mit etwas mehr Servicebereitschaft hätte sich dieses Problem sehr einfach lösen lassen.

Camera abbastanza spaziosa bagno grande Garage a pagamento un po' caro ma comodo.Collegato agli ascensori che vanno alle camere. Camera pulita e silenziosa.

Cons:

Mancava l'armadio c'erano delle crucce volanti su un mobile. . Pulizia a richiesta non eseguita a dovere . Non consiglio il bar vicino alla reception a prodotti scadenti.
