Alles bestens, nur Service beim Frühstück sehr schlecht!

Lage und Zimmer sehr gut

Cons:

Service beim Frühstück eher miserabel. Heiße, nicht warme Teller, oft keine Teller oder Gläser mehr da… nachgefüllt wurde das, was eh ziemlich voll war… manches war um 9:00 Uhr schon aus… Tische wurden spät abgeräumt

Die Lage ist ok.

Cons:

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist extrem schlecht. 212 Euro für ein abgewohntes Mittelklassehotel mit extrem kleinen Zimmern und einem qualitativ minderwertigen Frühstücksbuffet sind einfach viel zu viel.

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Bei Beschreibung war Parkplatz angegeben. Kurzparkzone war vor dem Hotel (3 Plätze), aber es stand nicht, dass für den Garagenplatz 20 Euro pro Nacht dazu kommen.
Zimmer war sehr laut (Klimaanlage bzw. Kaffeehaus und Straßenlärm), kein Kühlschrank, kleiner Kopfpolster, aber für so heiße Tage eine mächtige schwere Decke. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Mm

Zimmer ausreichend groß mit schöner Dusche.

Einige Türen waren mit zahlreichen Fingerabdrücken versehen.
Wurde der Rezeption mitgeteilt.

Wonderful
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a good location just a short walk to the centre and we were pleased to have chosen it. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We found the staff friendly and helpful, especially Tomas who made us feel welcome on our arrival and gave us lots of information to help us have a fantastic time In Klagenfurt.
