Booking.com should compensate passengers’ disappointment

Wonderful location at the shore of he lagoon.

Cons:

The property displays itself as a high end accommodation. It states it is a five star hotel. Accordingly charges were double or triple of surrounding priperties. Images on Booking.com do verify thes high end impression. Instead, we found ourselves in a place where the kids refused to sleep or take a shower as everything was so underwhelming, not taken care of and straight dirty. I had to remove mouse droppings from the torn sheets. The 2x3 m pool had murky water in it. I had a SHARED batthroom - not a typicql feet of a five star hotel. The while experience is like a school camp back in the days - and not a good one. Dont expect comfort, dont expect pleasure, dont expect a good time despite of the nice area as you will feel cheated, taken advantage of and most importantly uncomfortable because of the mattrace on the floor that you “sleep” on, the loud music and noises that disturb you. The plastic sheets that are on your bed to assist incontinent guest, even if your not incontinent yourself.
Food is basic. And to top it all of of people are impolate, short and have no education in hospitality, which is rare in Mexico. Avoid at all cost. I would have demnded a refund and left the place if only the kids were not so exhausted at arrival. Moved the early morning the following day. Booking.com should remove this establishment from their listing, as it scams people. I am a platinum member and know their offering well. This is a horrible disappointment. I was scammed out of 300 euros for a terrible night with a shocked family.

Excelente localização

Cons:

Hospedagem precisando de manutenção. Deck do píer com madeiras soltas e quebradas, a casa principal com pintura descascando e estrutura velha… Ficamos em uma acomodação extremamente pequena, com pouquíssimo espaço para colocar as roupas e alguns poucos cabides que ficam dentro do banheiro pela falta de espaço.

mooie lokatie en super uitzicht maar verouderde kamers
Pros:

De kamer is erg verouderd en erg simpel, oude tegels en veel verfspatten. Lokatie is super, restaurant is smorgens pas om 8 uur open. Aangezien onze boottocht om 8 uur begon, moesten we het ontbijt overslaan.

Cons:

prijs kwaliteit voor de staat van de kamer.

la habitacion muy vieja. con este precio, me espero que la pongan nueva. El aire acondicionado no funzionaba porque se ido la luz en continuo. con este calor es insoportable. la comida del bar no me gusta. me llego todo quemado.

L'emplacement, accès direct à la lagune. Possibilité de manger sur place à toute heure. Kayak et paddle gratuits.

Cons:

Le logement juste à côté des locations de kayak et du bar. Les SDB partagées accessibles à toute personne et non aux logements seuls. Hôtel qui reste cher.

NO ES LO QUE OFRECEN
Pros:

La ubicación y la vista.

Cons:

Habitaciones muy viejas, descuidadas, llaves del lavabo oxidadas, no hay T.V. el balcón se esta cayendo, no es lo que ofrecen en las fotos.

El trato del personal, el encargado de toallas dijo que no había toallas y que aun que no nos gustará teníamos que esperar a la lavandería, mientras no era su problema.
