Cons:

No matter how good the hotel, when one finds out that hackers have obtained your personal information because of cyber security flaws (as was the case 45 minutes before our arrival) the salient issue becomes trust.

Hotel histórico, imponente, totalmente reformulado para os padrões atuais e no centro de tudo.
Pros:

O Hotel fica na melhor localização possível para quem visita a cidade. Além disso, é um Hotel histórico, restaurado com primor e cuidado para os dias atuais. Os espaços compartilhados, como as salas de estar são fantásticas e oferecem acesso a sacada superior, bem na frente dos canais. A praticidade do convênio com o estacionamento do Shopping ao lado ajuda muito quem vai de carro (custo adicional de 10 Euros por dia - mas é um preço justo pelo que oferece). O quarto é limpo, bem decorado com banheiro moderno e janelas com dupla camada, isolando completamente o ruído e a temperatura exterior. O café da manhã é básico mas completo.

Cons:

Por ser um Hotel antigo restaurado, os quartos são bem pequenos. Não é desconfortável mas não é um local para ficar muito tempo. Isso precisa ser levado em conta dependendo de quantas diárias o hóspede pretende usar. Outro ponto é que não há opção de alimentação dentro do Hotel após o café da manhã (isso não é um problema porque a cidade é boêmia e tem dezenas de opções) - mas poderiam fazer algo com aquele espaço ocioso à noite, Estão perdendo dinheiro.
