Je kan alleen gebruik maken van gratis Wifi als je je eerst aanmeldt voor het Hilton loyaliteitsprogramma. Dat zou niet moeten. Gratis Wifi is tegenwoordig iets dat je zonder drempels op te werpen zou moeten aanbieden aan gasten.

Nice location, clean and daily afternoon wine tastings.

Cons:

Water pressure in bathroom sink was a trickle. I was on the ground floor, and the room appeared to only have see-through curtains. Walking outside, I could see there was a shade that could be pulled down behind the curtains, but it was too high for me to reach. When I mentioned it at the desk while checking out, they said there was a cord. I didn’t see one, but I could have missed it. If I had mentioned it earlier, I’m sure they would have resolved the problem.

Pros:

Great location and nice rooms. Looks almost new and the lobby is a great place to hang out. Did not get breakfast though.

Zimmer top, Pool top, Sauberkeit im öffentlichen Bereich hat Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Der Ort ist schön. Sonoma Valley ist generell einfach schön. Die Poolanlage macht einen tollen Eindruck. Alles im allen schön!

Cons:

-Wenn man die Fenster schon nicht öffnen kann. Dann braucht man wenigstens eine Klimaanlage, die nicht so laut ist. Allein wenn man die nur auf "lüften" stellt ist es zu laut für die Nacht.
- Sauberkeit des öffentlichen Bereichs. Der Lounge Bereich muss morgens sauber sein. Da lagen überall noch Krümel und Getränke Flecken vom Vorabend auf Tischen und Boden.
Der Mülleimer, direkt am Haupteingang, der war 24h übervoll und Müll wurde schon nebendran gestellt. Das muss man doch gesehen haben?!
