Beds aren't soft but they are ok enough
We always love the location and the affordability
Elevator was broken and the "disability accessible" rooms we had booked were on the second floor. Took ages to organise a ground floor accessible room. And there was no discernible effort to get a repairman out to even look at the elevator that we witnessed.
The bathroom was lovely. The size of the room was great
The air-conditioning didn't work. No WiFi would work in the room I had to prop the door open to get signal & air.
I called the number that was given if u have any problems. In the middle of my sentence. This lady said. Im disconnecting this call. ??? I wanted to leave that morning & get $ refunded but couldn't talk to anyone cos it's all remotely controlled
I got up on a chair to check the filters in ac. They were disgusting. So I cleaned them. Thought that may have been the problem. But no.
I asked the housekeeper on the following morning re ac. She did call the manager & they did get it working but only on heat. So I put the temp down to 15 (as low as it went) it was still warm in the room.
The bed was horrible & hard.
You can't have the blind up for light cos u can c straight in. No privacy blind or tint.
I hated it.
The hotel was easy to find with lots of off-street parking. It was clean and tidy.

The cleaner, short male Indian was very rude and unhelpful to an elderly lady trying to access the vending machine. I was disgusted at his attitude and lack of compassion for an elderly woman trying to use modern technology. Very disappointed at the lack of respect for an elderly customer. As any reasonable person would do, I helped her because she’s somebody’s grandmother. Very disappointed at this situation.

Just the shower door was a bit dirty.Should have a fan in the bathroom.
