Cons:

IT was hard to find a staff member that spoke English. . the hotel had online book in only.
It was extremely difficult to navigate.i had to phone many times to get key codes NO RECEPTION.ON LINE ONLY, !!!!!!!!.

Great value for the money.
Pros:

location suited us for a start on the Sydney Motorway 1st up in the morning. access was simple for an online system. Room was great value for money. Lift was a bonus.

When i called the overseas help desk, she have no idea where things are
We were allocated in a disabled room which was fine, but no extra towel to soak the water coming out of the shower room.
No daily service to top up towels.

We booked a Family suite which was two in connecting rooms but we couldnt shut the door in between as it automatically locked and we didn't have a key to reopen it

No fresh towels provided over the 3 day stay
