Gute, preislich angemessene Empfehlung für Familien und Gruppen, wenn man Köln erkunden will.
Pros:

Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und das Zimmer trotz hoher Außentemperaturen kühl gehalten.
Das Hotel liegt zentral. Trotz Innenstadtlage war es ruhig. Es war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem.
Das Frühstück war okay für den Preis. Für individuelle Wünsche gibt es Cafés in der näheren Umgebung.
Im Rewe unten im Haus konnten wir bequem Verpflegung besorgen.

Cons:

Der Kaffee war in einer großen Thermoskanne, hat geschmacklich nicht überzeugt und war nur warm. An einem Morgen gab es Kaffee aus dem Automaten, wenn dieser täglich zugänglich wäre, wäre es perfekt. Der Zugang über den Aufzug des Parkhauses war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Розташований готель у самому серці міста, ціна чудова, персонал привітний!

Cons:

Обирала готель за місцем розташування, зручностями, відгуками і ціновою політикою, але склалася неприємна ситуація!Для мене дуже важливим аспектом - наявність кондиціонера у номері, оскільки на вулиці було дуже спекотно, я втомилася з далекої і нелегкої дороги (водійка далекобійниця) і хотілося просто відпочити, але не вдалося, на жаль!Кондиціонер вийшов з ладу - ледь працював і з нього над головою крапала вода, що дуже впливало на нервову систему!Вимкнувши його, проблема не зникла!Адміністратор знайшов лише один вихід - підставити вазу під краплі води!Всю ніч в духоті без сну під дратівливі звуки крапель!
Я вважаю, що могли запропонувати альтернативу, але, навіть, ніхто не перепросив!Один нюанс зіпсував все враження!
P.S. Відчинила вікно, але воно без москітної сітки і під вікном жвава траса - гучно !!!

Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer, sogar mit Domblick, Zimmer weitestgehend sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Steckdose am Bett nur auf einer Seite und nur nutzbar, wenn man die Uhr vom Strom trennt, musste leider mein glutenfreies Brot selbst mitbringen, Frühstück sehr einfach, Dusche (Schlauch) dreckig, Fernbedienung speckig, TV Programm /Sender mussten aufwändig gesucht werden

Bei der Buchung von zwei Nächten hatte ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Dies bestätigte man mir per Email mit den Worten: Ja. Gerne. Bekommen habe ich ein Zimmer ohne Schallschutzfenster, ausgerichtet auf den stark frequentierten Heumarkt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Straßenbahn durch mein Zimmer fuhr, und das bis tief in die Nacht hinein. Auch vom Hotel selbst drang der Lärm durch „Pappdeckeltüren“ ins Zimmer. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken und die Bitte um Zimmertausch wurde auf unhöflichste, schon fast an Feindseligkeit grenzende Art, kompromisslos abgelehnt. Daraufhin bin ich nach der ersten Nacht ausgezogen und habe mir auf eigene Kosten ein neues Zimmer gesucht. Wer ruhig schlafen möchte: Hände weg von diesem Hotel. In Köln gibt es so viele schöne, preisgünstige Alternativen.

Modernes Hotel sehr zentral in Köln gelegen. Frühstück eher einfach. Die jungen Kollegen an der Rezeption total freundli

Das Personal war super nett. Die Zimmer modern eingerichtet und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Man kann das Rewe- Parkhaus nutzen und hat somit einen Stellplatz am Hotel, welches wirklich total zentral im Köln liegt und von wo aus man schnell in der Innenstadt und am Rhein ist.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war okay- lecker Rührei- aber ansonsten sehr spartanisch. Es gab kein Buffet, was an sich nicht schlimm ist, aber auf dem Teller vorausgewählt eine Sorte Wurst, zwei Scheiben Käse und abgepackte Marmelade haben nicht so ganz zum Preis gepasst.
