Great spot for a friends, concerts, and shopping
Pros:

Well-appointed rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, and a surprisingly good breakfast. The pool was clean and refreshing on a super hot day. The location is excellent if you are here for a concert, sports event, or just want to spend all day at the outlet mall.

5 star stay with 5 star staff!
Pros:

5 stars! The room was very clean and quiet, and the AC worked great. Aryanna at the front desk was fantastic and so helpful. Good breakfast with your helpful host Kytzya, fun atmosphere in the lobby, and great service. Highly recommend!

I appreciate the hospitality, efficiency and how easy my whole experience was.
Pros:

I loved everything about the property. Especially the suggestion boards by the elevators

Cons:

There could’ve been a jacuzzi a bigger pool and more shade to be in the pool while the sun is out in the middle of the day

Stay at tru
Pros:

My stay at tru was a great experience. The staff was incredible. I had a great conversation with aleidy during breakfast time and she cleared my plates for me, Alex and Aryanna at the front desk were so attentive and always made sure I was having a great stay, I truly appreciate them for checking up on me. I will definitely be staying here again thanks to the interactions I had.

Heaven on earth
Pros:

I had a wonderful time staying at the tru our company stayed there from January- April and the staff were wonderful especially Alex she is a light in the darkness or the despair that is Phoenix. This godforsaken city only has one saving grace and that is the Tru at westgate.

Was there for a concert loved it and had a perfect time.
Pros:

Room clean, staff was nice, indoor access to my room. I liked that there was a snack bar we could use and a pool and a gym. I didn’t get to use those because I was there for a concert but if I was there longer I would have.

Cons:

Maybe only a comfy chair in the room like a recliner or comfy chair with an ottoman.

Our go to spot to stay
Pros:

The location is amazing! It’s a perfect 5 min walk to the entertainment district or the stadium. Outlet is at the front door. This is our second time staying and will be back. The staff is great as well. Breakfast is ok, it’s good enough to get the kids started so we can get out the door and the day going. Breakfast has multiple options, same as any hotel.
