Trotz Personalmangel war alles sehr gut organisiert, wir wurden sehr herzlich und individuell empfangen, das Frühstück war persönlich, liebevoll und reichhaltig. Das Hotel bietet einen hervorragenden Blick auf das Hochkönigmassiv und kann ganz toll als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten genutzt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt leider direkt an der Hauptverkehrsader Bischofshofen - Saalfelden und dadurch ist zumindest bis in die Abendstunden mit Verkehrslärm zu rechnen.

AlpenParks hotel in Muhlbach am Hochkonig is a new and beautiful hotel in the magical countryside of the Austrian mountains. The hotel is located directly under the majestic mountains, with the highest peak of the HochKonig mountain with a height of 2941 m.n.m. The hotel has everything for your wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay. We booked an apartment and spent here 3 nights - the apartments offer all the comfort you could wish for - large rooms, modern and great to luxurious facilities with full equipments as if you were at home. The reception staff is always ready to fulfill your wishes or give you good advice. Not far from the hotel there is a great bakery with lots of very tasty treats, as well as a SPAR, where you can find everything you need.
We travel around Europe regularly, but our stay at Alpenparks was one of our best stays - try it too and be pleasantly surprised, whether by the hotel services or the surrounding amamzing nature.
We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Cons:

Die Kissen sind nicht zum Schlafen geeignet. 1,2 Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine wären schön gewesen. Wer hat schon die passenden Kapseln dabei (oder kauft eine Packung, von der er dann 70% nie verwenden kann?)

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Personal war für uns ein echtes Highlight. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde durchweg immer äußerst freundlich mit den Gästen umgegangen. Elisabeth von der Rezeption hat uns in wenigen Minuten eingecheckt und uns direkt ein paar Parkmöglichkeiten genannt. Danach hat sie uns zu unserem wunderschönen und wirklich sehr sauberen Appartement geführt und uns dort auch noch einiges zu den Räumlichkeiten gezeigt und erklärt (was ich wirklich ausgesprochen engagiert finde). Lizzy, die Hoteldirektion, hat uns ebenfalls immer herzlich gegrüßt und nach uns gefragt, auch sie konnte uns zu jeder Zeit weiterhelfen. Außerdem war Sabine vom
Bristo nicht zu toppen. Ein so hohes Maß an Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Kompetenz haben wir selten erlebt. Beim Frühstück mangelte es an nichts, es gab eine große Auswahl, es ist für jeden was dabei. Bis hin zu unserem Check Out, den die wirklich sehr liebe Azubine Nathalie mit uns gemacht hat, war alles wunderbar und wir konnten eine stressfreie Zeit genießen. Vielen Dank dafür!
