Pros:

Hotel je na krásném místě, kousek od lanovek a městečka. Personál vždy milý a ochotný.
Jídlo moc dobré a bohatý výběr jak na snídani tak i na večeři.

Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es im gesamten Hotel sehr ruhig war. Der Spa-Bereich mit der tollen Aussicht und den angebotenen Snacks war super. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Alle vom Personal waren zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren ultra weich und das Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider gibt es an regnerischen Tagen - wenn die Liegen im Außenbereich wegfallen - nicht genügend Liegemöglichkeiten im Spa.
Beim Frühstück gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine, vor der sich schnell eine Schlange gebildet hat.
Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau und nichtsdestotrotz kommen wir gerne wieder!

Sehr gut Service. Shuttle vom Tal ins Hotel war jederzeit möglich.
Super schöner Wellnessbereich, der vollkommen ausreicht.

Cons:

Отель нам очень понравился, не хотелось уезжать.

Дружелюбный персонал, комфортные кровати, очень вкусные завтраки, панорамная сауна и релакс зона шикарны.

Cons:

Отзыв относится не к отелю, а к ресторанам, чтобы помочь путешественникам сделать выбор между halfboard и заказом по меню.
1. Не советую ходить в азиатский фьюжн ресторан, т к еда там больше походит на фастфуд, роллы абсолютно невкусные. Ожидали увидеть уютный японский ресторан высокого уровня с оригинальной подачей блюд, а ресторан оказался в подвальном помещении, шумный, с очень маленьким выбором блюд.
2. Для нас было невыгодно брать halfboard, т к мы привыкли есть на ужин по одному блюду. Средняя стоимость блюда - 29-46 евро. Halfboard стоит 55 евро, если заказывать заранее. Приходилось есть закуски и десерты, что прибавило килограммы на весах)
Также невыгодно ходить во фьюжн ресторан по halfboard, то что мы выбрали там, даже не стоило 110 евро, и как я уже писала ранее, было очень невкусным.
3. И фондю лучше заказывать без halfboard, стоит дешевле. Фондю в ресторане отеля огромно, спокойно хватит на компанию из 6 человек.

Absolutely sensation hotel, would return in a heart beat.
Pros:

This hotel is flawless! This was single handedly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at for a ski trip. Facilities were amazing, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb and it was really peaceful and relaxing. It is on the pricier side, but we felt it was worth the money.

Cons:

My partner didn’t know that the sauna and steam room were nude only areas (swimming pool and salt room were not), which I think she would have preferred it not to be. However, that’s a European thing which more reserved Brits need to get used to, it didn’t bother me!
