Great location, nice large rooms
The staff , facilities, location and the room
We had a wonderful two day stay at the Oaks Gold Coast Hotel which we booked specifically to watch the Pacific Airshow from. The location was fantastic and allowed for 2 days of up close viewing - the dual balconies giving sweeping views from the ocean to the hinterland. The apartment itself was very comfortable and we could not fault any part of the whole experience. Will definitely book again.

The room was great , the bed was massive just a little soft for my personal preference.
someone in the morning took all 2 trolleys, as an old lady I end up use my arms carry and return 4 times to bring all my stuff to my car, not fun experience. never again nightmare.
It was great location but when you turned the shower on I thought the whole building was cracking up the noise was unbearable
The room was not ready until 345, we had to wait. No spare pillows or blankets. The pipes creek day and night. The "free" foxtel was not easy to access and once accessed it lagged. The "coffee vendor" in the foyer either closed early or not open at all! Would not recommend staying here.
Location, clean, comfortable, close to all food options-go left to Cavil avenue or go right to Broadbeach, everything you need! Walk paths everywhere. We got upgraded, so grateful! We had an amazing time! :) thank you Oaks, we will be back! x
