I loved how close it was to everything
Nothing, it was all a really good experience
The front receptionist the beautiful tall red hair lady was so pleasant to deal with as I rebooked a few extra nights and needed information to make this trip just perfect and she happened to make everything simple just as I asked !!! We will be back Xo
U had to pay a seperate fee for a parking spot and that you don’t advertise more if the local eats in the area

The room smelled musty, old and mouldy. My eyes were very sore and burning after spending time in the room due to the dust and or mould. The plumbing for the shower groaned and shuddered, and then would shut off. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We had to keep the balcony door open at all times for some air.
Great room, really nice decor and bathroom is excellent, hottub is great. Decent view out to the ocean from the balcony.
Really nice restaraunt under Crowne Plaza which connects to the main Oaks building.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The tv didn't work great, was almost impossible to connect to stream netflix so ended up using my phone instead. Was staying in room 19 but the tv network said room 16 so there might be some issue with that room in particular.
The coffee cart in the morning was a bit average, the coffees were small for the price and nothing outstanding though again, the staff member was very nice.
It was clean and in a good position

The reception staff was really friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious with great ocean views. I liked the convenience of the tram only a minute away. Will be back again.
