Don’t order a club sandwich…
Pros:

Comfortable bed & bathroom.

Cons:

The restaurant Fiona really let me down. A club sandwich full of bacon fat. The sandwich disintegrated on the first bite due to the stringy, fatty bacon fat uggh. Tips: when making a sandwich, don’t fill it with chunks of stringy fat because your customers are liable to vomit over your nice marble top tables. Inedible . Even the 10% off left a poor taste in the mouth.

Not good, left feeling even worse than we came in. We stayed at the Conrad Pune prior to coming here. I should have stay

Not a lot to be honest. Don’t think we will be coming back.

Cons:

- They had construction for an event in the morning taking place at 1.30am… we came from a long journey from Pune, and were looking forward to some comfortable sleep so that our flight to Australia in the morning would be comfortable. Instead we spent 1 hour talking to reception to shut the noise down. At first they said they’ll look into it, then they said it wasn’t something they were aware of, then they said it was against their permission. At about the 5th instance they managed to get it shut down. By the time I slept it was 3.30am, and I was awake at 6am to get ready for our flight and finish packing.

Then we went to breakfast hall. My god, it was like a hawker hall. Ridiculously packed, crowded and loud. Which I understand isn’t something the hotel can control. But what they could control is milk/yoghurt/smoothies sitting in room temperature. Nothing was sitting in ice or refrigeration. That can’t be hygienic.

The property was super clean, pleasant and luxury. The staff were very welcoming and nice, definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Mumbai
