Pros:

Die Lage auf der Anhöhe ist schön, nur ein kurzer Weg hinunter zum See, durch einen Park, vorbei an der Kathedrale.

Cons:

Ich schlafe nur bei geöffnetem Fenster, ohne Klimaanlage. Nur war es sehr laut durch die vielen vorbeifahrenden Autos und vor allem Mopeds, die den Schlaf raubten. Leider keine einzige Nacht deshalb gut verbracht.
Zum Zimmer möchte ich noch sagen, dass es sehr klein war, auch deshalb habe ich micht so wohlgefühlt.
Beim Frühstück gibt es nichts auszusetzten, es war perfekt. Ein wunderschöner Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf dem See, sehr gemütlich und nicht überfüllt.

I thought it was overpriced . Steep walk to town centre as on top of a hill.

The breakfast was not fresh fruit or fresh juice which one would expect from this region The staff could be dressed more professionally Extra charges to use outdoor jacuzzi . Air conditioner was humming all night . Bath only with hose shower .

Det sødeste og mest imødekommende personale. Fine værelser og rigtig dejlig morgenmad. Vi kunne lade vores Bil i garagen og alt hvad personalet foretog var med det største smil.

We would love to return one day for a longer stay.
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel. Very clean, roomy enough, and we had views of the lake. We were in a junior lake suite. Our kids actually had even a little better views from their two rooms that were a floor higher because their view was not obstructed any by houses in the way. The breakfast was impressive. We stayed cool - important after hiking in the heat! The staff were very friendly and eager to help. We enjoyed the hot tub outside; did not utilize the pool as we swam in the lake instead. This hotel is a bit further walk from the heart of town, but it is doable. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

There was no water the last night of our stay. Well, none at all in the kids’ two rooms. Our room had just a low flow of water - enough for all of us to brush our teeth. We were not able to utilize our jetted tut or the showers that night. It sounded like this was a city water problem not the hotel’s as they said others around there were also without water. So, the hotel is not to be blamed. It was disappointing but not that huge of a problem.

Pros:

Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer befanden sich in einem sehr sauberen Zustand.
Das Frühstück war frisch, abwechslungsreich und bot eine gute Auswahl an lokalen Produkten.

Cons:

Etwas schade war, dass das hauseigene Restaurant nicht mehr betrieben wird. Zudem gab es abends leider keine Möglichkeit mehr, noch ein Getränk an der Bar zu bekommen.

Good, but not a spa hotel.
Pros:

Clean, good service, lovely breakfast

Cons:

No spa treatments were available, despite me messaging 4 days before my stay. I was told they would get back to me, but I didn’t hear anything. I wanted to book a treatment when I checked in, but was told it wasn’t possible. I booked a spa hotel specifically as I wanted a treatment. In the end I didn’t even use the spa as this experience put me off.
