Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux
Excellente communication avec une équipe attentionnée dispensent de bon conseils
Chambre spacieuse calme et confortable
Petit déjeuner parfait
Parking protégé même si nombreuses places disponibles en face de l'hôtel
Accès en qqes minutes à pied du centre de Pisogne

Pros:

Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer befanden sich in einem sehr sauberen Zustand.
Das Frühstück war frisch, abwechslungsreich und bot eine gute Auswahl an lokalen Produkten.

Cons:

Etwas schade war, dass das hauseigene Restaurant nicht mehr betrieben wird. Zudem gab es abends leider keine Möglichkeit mehr, noch ein Getränk an der Bar zu bekommen.

Good, but not a spa hotel.
Pros:

Clean, good service, lovely breakfast

Cons:

No spa treatments were available, despite me messaging 4 days before my stay. I was told they would get back to me, but I didn’t hear anything. I wanted to book a treatment when I checked in, but was told it wasn’t possible. I booked a spa hotel specifically as I wanted a treatment. In the end I didn’t even use the spa as this experience put me off.

Il parcheggio su strada è al livello della reception, mentre quello dell'hotel è servito da scale interne ed ascensore.
Ricca colazione e piscina balneabile e ben curata.

Da rivedere qualitá prezzo
Pros:

La colazione é molto varia e con prodotti del luogo.

Cons:

Il servizio piscina inesistente. La mattina alle 9-10 la piscina non era ancora pronta ad accogliere i clienti (no cuscini, robottino in acqua, no scaletta etc) ogni mattina dovevamo chiedere al personale di aiutarci. Se ordinavamo poi si scordavano di venire a sparecchiare.
La palestra non é fornita. In generale non abbiamo riscontrato un servizio tipico di hotel a 4 stelle. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato anche il ristorante chiuso.

I would definitely go back.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The mountains and the lake are beautiful. The city center is for a 10 minute walk. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful.
