Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Haus sehr schön und die Zimmer komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett, hilfreich und zugewandt. Wir haben uns in den Vier Jahreszeiten auf Borkum sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es war schrecklich.
Cons:

Das Management des Hotels war den 4 Sternen nicht würdig. Absolut chaotische Zustände. Um Service musste man betteln anstatt ihn automatisch zu bekommen.

Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war immer freundlich
Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend und es wurde immer nachgelegt, Frühstück bis 11.30h somit war nie extrem hoher Andrang am Buffett.
Zimmer war groß, ich hatte eines mit Balkon.

Cons:

Das der Sand auf dem Boden nicht täglich gesaugt wurde, somit war dann das Bett auch mit Sand. (Handtücher wurden immer ausgetauscht, jedoch nicht täglich das Zimmer gereinigt, was ich für diesen Preis den ich zahlte sehr wohl erwartet hatte)

Fijn hotel om Borkum met de fiets te verkennen
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, fijn zwembad, midden in de stad, 5 minuten lopen naar het strand, de trein vanaf de boot stopt voor de deur

Cons:

Geen wandelingen door de mooie natuur van Borkum direct vanuit het hotel. Voor de mooiste wandelingen moet je eerst een stukje fietsen (prima verhuur naast het hotel) of met de bus (halte tegenover het hotel).
Verder is aan alles te zien dat dit vroeger een heel mooi hotel was. Het is nog steeds wel mooi, maar kan hier en daar een opknapbeurt gebruiken (tapijt in de gang, douchethermostaat)

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Pool war auch bei schlechterem Wetter gut zu nutzen und der Wellnessbereich trägt zur Entspannung bei. Dazu nettes Personal und ein großes Zimmer mit modernem Bad. Der Zug hält quasi vor der Tür, die Innenstadt zum Bummeln und Essen gehen liegt direkt vor dem Hotel und zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten.
