This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we were very satisfied with everything. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities we needed. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection and good quality.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. One small point to note is that the breakfast buffet can get quite crowded during peak hours, so it may be worth going a little earlier or later if you prefer a quieter atmosphere.

We had a wonderful experience both times and would definitely choose this hotel again if we visit Kyoto.

施設も従業員の方もとても良かったです。

Cons:

海外のお客さんも多くて、お風呂場でのマナーが悪かったのが、残念でした。欧米人は、刺青入ったまま入浴されて、スリッパのママ脱衣所に入ってくる、体がびちゃびちゃのまま上がってくる、中国の方は、脱衣所でもスマホを触っておられるなど、とても怖かったです。注意喚起のポスターなども掲示してあったので、ホテル側は悪くないですが、海外の人は自分勝手な人が多いと不愉快な気分になりました。

Spotless, comfortable, luxurious, bargain, convenient.
Pros:

Extremely clean every single day. The room was very spacious, wonderfully comfortable, and totally stocked with goods that made our stay wonderful. I genuinely was so sad to leave. The attached Family Mart was the best part and I HAVE to return again. Not to mention an amazing price.

Cons:

My only critique could be that their one laundry facility can get crowded and hard to get a spot in. Their machines also are pretty bad at drying, but most dryers in Japan aren't great.

Kyoto merkeze trenle 1 durak mesafede doğanın içinde çok güzel bir otel. Otelden çıkıp bölgedeki sokakları, tapınakları ve Kyoto Akvaryumunu gezebileceğiniz güzel bir yerde. Çevredeki yerel restoranlarda keyifle yemek yiyebileceğiniz seçenekler mevcut. Otel odaları güzel ferah, gerçekten temiz, personel çok yardım sever ve güler yüzlü. 2 gece bizi çok güzel ağırladılar.

Cons:

大浴場のロッカーキーが閉まりづらかったり開きづらかったりする事があり結果的に開いたが一度ロッカーキーを点検して欲しい
