Calm and Easy
Pros:

This an excellent smaller hotel. Quiet and clean. The mattress could stand improvement.

Cons:

The only issue we had was that one tv was not working and it took about to two hours for it to be fixed. Had to check with the front desk several times in order to get repair done. Everyone was very nice just frustrating with the wait.

Brookline Hilton Garden Inn: Chosen for Practical Reasons, Appreciated for the highest quality service.
Pros:

I can't say enough good things about Hilton Garden Inn Brookline. My husband was having shoulder surgery at New England Baptist and we chose this hotel because it was very near the hospital and I cannot be more happy we did. There is such a wonderful feel to the place. Everyone was polite and competent and responded with a warmth and real humanness which you don't find in many places today. I had wrenched my back and wanted to make sure there was an easy chair in the room. Not only was there an easy chair, there was a small pillow on the chair which was the exact size to fit my lower back. How sweet was that? Bravo to the staff and management of Hilton Garden Inn Brookline. You have no idea how your professional and kind help was appreciated during a very stressful time for us.
