Pros:

A quiet toen 15 mins by car from Flam, but easy transportation by bus or taxi, the view from our room was sensational, rooms were a ok size and so was the bathroom

Amazing property and stunning location
Pros:

The location is stunning. It’s not at the most crowded and popular bit but a short drive away. The hotel and its surroundings were fantastic and superb! I loved our rooms facing the fiords, just overall loveliness.

Cons:

It’s not the most spacious room but it’s ok.

Breakfast was amazing. Some staff were very motivated and some were not. There was an amazing employee at the reception

Location was lovely.

Cons:

We had a terrible last dinner. We ordered entrecôte steaks. We got cheated!!! It was not an entrecôte cut. It was soooo hard and tasteless. I returned my steak. The others ate it. It was awful. They still charged us.

This is a good 3* hotel charging 5* prices.

Breakfast was very disappointing, poor choice of cereals ,fruit and no bread rolls as “ the bakery is closed today “
Also the coffee machine was broken so there was lukewarm warm self service instant coffee.
Very disappointing for just under £500 for one night ! Even by Norway prices this is very high for what we got .
