Room was not made up first day. Had to request twice on second day. Breakfast was of little value compared to prior years.
The location of the hotel was amazing - walk to downtown, racetrack, etc. The breakfast was great and the breakfast room was spacious and comfortable.
The price was ridiculously high - I know prices are bumped up for weekends in the summer, but this was excessive! Also, parking should be included for this price (it was $25/day).

Pillows smelled of vomit, staff was little to no help, extremely expensive, $1,055 for two nights, room was never cleaned and we had to seek out fresh towels! Unacceptable
This was the third time in two months my husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn. Each stay was simply perfect. The hotel desk staff were very accommodating of our need including those of our pup Sadie. A special shout-out to Ben!!! You’re the best!!!
We had mimosas with breakfast in honor of the horse racing festivities. Fireworks and music were just steps away from the hotel along with wonderful dining options. This is the very best place to stay in Saratoga - clean & friendly!
Reception staff upon arrival was excellent!
The breakfast was disappointing: the fruit was not fresh and the food and coffee needed replenishing. Parking was too expensive so we did not use it.
