Nice stay and great staff
Pros:

The gym had a working treadmill, which most hotels do not also the gym was pretty well stocked as well. The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast was also very well equipped had a lot of variety and good food.

Cons:

Only complaint I can think of the facility which it really isn’t a complaint cause we didn’t need it, but we didn’t get any room service for our room within the two days that we were there but again it wasn’t really needed either.

Horrible pungent odor throughout the whole property including the room. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work couch bed was stained/dirty

Pros:

The room was not ready after checkin time. But I think there aren’t enough staff to clean and also do reception so I felt bad

Cons:

Only one toilet roll for a family room. Not enough towel so had to ask. Only one laundry and dryer and laundry was full of someone’s lint (?)
The drain was clogged. It took forever for shower hot water to heat up
