Pros:

The room was not ready after checkin time. But I think there aren’t enough staff to clean and also do reception so I felt bad

Cons:

Only one toilet roll for a family room. Not enough towel so had to ask. Only one laundry and dryer and laundry was full of someone’s lint (?)
The drain was clogged. It took forever for shower hot water to heat up

Pros:

I had to leave for the airport around 4:00AM and was informed the night before during check-in coffee in the lobby wouldn't be available until 6:00AM. However, the young lady at the front desk had made coffee for me and it was hot and delicious. I'm sorry I cannot remember her name but she was great and I really appreciate her.

Cons:

Nothing except the airport is pretty far away but this isn't really something I'd hold against the hotel.

a place to come back to after an exhausting day.
Pros:

Staff were attentive, but not hovering. walking distance from river, at end of town. quiet, across the street from various venues, it is just a great location.
