As per the latest communication received from BBMP on 21st December 2021, all guests checking in to the hotel are required to carry their Final COVID vaccination certificate proving they have received both doses.
Guests arriving from Kerala & Maharashtra in the State of Karnataka shall compulsorily produce COVID negative RT-PCR certificate that is not older than 72 hours from the date of travel.

It's a relatively new and aesthetically done up property with a nice blue colour scheme.
Room was comfortable and the lobby and common areas are quite spacious.
The restaurant had good variety, food was available round the clock and the chinese dishes we tried were tasty.
There was some smell in the room when we entered, probably needs to be aired a bit or generally the ventilation needs to be checked and also the stocking of toiletries etc.
Breakfast was quite ok but some items had gone cold and dry in the buffet while fruits were served a bit warm. It needs some more attention.

Convenient location from office. Nice ambience and breakfast option is pretty good. Staff is very co-operative and service is top notch and they take care of the guests very nicely. Rooms are pretty nice and well maintained.
Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to the bartender Mr. Younish , who provided excellent service and made our time at the bar even more enjoyable. Great hospitality and a lovely experience overall. I had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Bangalore for two months during a business trip, and I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
From the moment you walk through the main entrance, you are greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. I may not remember the names of the security guards at the main door, but I will always remember their friendly faces and welcoming smiles.
A special mention to the reception team — Pankaj, Ajay and Vedalarshim — who were always welcoming, helpful and ready to assist with a great smile. At the café, Dikshrai, Hansika and the rest of the team provided wonderful service and made every visit enjoyable. Assure you Dikshrai and Hansika really understands the needs of a customer and when you have your breakfast or dinner they makes sure you feel like you are at home. Special and Great thanks to Dikshrai.
I would also like to sincerely appreciate the General Manager, Mr. Raphael Rodrigues, and his entire management team. They consistently went above and beyond to take care of our needs and made us feel comfortable, valued and truly at home throughout our stay.
The rooms are excellent, the facilities are great, but what truly makes this hotel special is the people. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what set this place apart.
I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, but Holiday Inn Bangalore holds a special place in my heart. If I could rate it, I would honestly give it 7 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was in a mall.
We could have a place to go around in the evening.
The room was too small.
The carpet in the room was dirty and need a dry cleaning.
